Magazine is entering a new high season. Through 2016 and 2017 our whole look will be completely renovated. We’ve thought long and hard about how to make the magazine even more informative and modern, and here is the result of our labors. We’ve increased the size so that your eyes will have more space to roam the pages and we’ve also added a new, regular food column, so that you can keep up to date with the most delicious and interesting establishments in Phuket. The design has been changed as well, something we’re sure you’ll notice. We’ve made the overall look a lot trendier but we’ve also kept the best elements of our original layout. In the upcoming issues we’ll continue to talk about the key figures in the hospitality industry and we’ll also talk with the players who make it all work in our ‘Behind the Scenes’ section. In our latest issue, General Managers of JW Marriot and Paresa share their success stories but the biggest treat of the issue is our exclusive interview with the main villain from the recent «Mechanic: Resurrection» movie, starring Jason Statham and Jessica Alba. Anteo Quintavalle shares his impressions of working with Hollywood stars and all their backstage stories. hulalongkorn Day commemorates the reign of Rama V, who is best remembered for abolishing slavery in Thailand. Thai people lay flower wreaths at his statue in Bangkok and in the provinces. Chulalongkorn was known for a number of reforms to Siamese society. He abolished slavery in 1905 with the “Slave Abolition Act”. He brought the idea of a Constitutional Monarchy to Siam, reformed a corrupt tax collection system, abolished torture as a system of judgement and introduced a western style judicial system, brought the first railway line the Siam in an attempt to connect the entire kingdom etc.

В этом году забег снова стартует в Кату и снова на выбор участников две категории - 3-километровая и 10-километровая дистанции. Старт и финиш – на дамбе Bang Wad. октября весь Таиланд отмечает общенациональный праздник - День памяти короля Рамы V (Чулалонгкорна), правившего Сиамом с 1868 по 1910 год. Его считают одним из самых великих королей Сиама. Несмотря на то, что Сиаму угрожала западная экспансия, Чулалонгкорну, через свою политику и действия, удалось спасти Сиам от колонизации. На его счету еще множество заслуг, в том числе налоговые реформы, отмена пыток, реформа судебной системы по западному образцу и многое другое, за что Раму V прозвали Phra Piya Maharaj - Великий Любимый Король.

Boathouse Wine & Grill Brings Aged Beef Trend to Phuket
ry-aged beef is one of the biggest trends in the international restaurant scene today, and Boathouse Wine & Grill now offers Phuket visitors and residents a chance to discover what the hype is all about. The iconic Boathouse Wine & Grill in Kata has long been renowned for its prime beachfront location, excellent grilled seafood and meats and its award-winning wine cellar with over 600 labels. From July onwards, the restaurant will add yet another culinary dimension to the dining experience by offering aged premium beef cuts
that will be grilled and smoked in-house. The evaporation of moisture in beef during the ageing process results in a rich concentration of flavor, while the enzymes contained in the muscle cells break down proteins and tenderize the beef. “We find that an ageing process of approximately 60 days is the ideal age for our premium beef as the meat is very intense in flavor and the texture remains just about right. It is well worth the wait!” said executive chef Bryan Burger. The new dining experience will launch with such
premium cuts as T–Bone, Striploin and Rib–Eye Bone In, with additional cuts being launched throughout the year. Well-trained beef experts and dedicated steak knives will complement the aged beef experience at Boathouse Wine & Grill. The restaurant’s in-resident sommelier Kiattisak Pinnatong is on hand to suggest the most suitable aged-beef and wine pairings: “To bring out the richness of an aged Tomahawk steak for instance, I recommend one of our full bodied Australian Cabernet Sauvignons or Super Tuscans.”

Total Relaxation with Equilibrium Therapy at the Hilton

ecently, the 5-star hotel Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa, launched a new service called Equilibrium Therapy. Here at RL Magazine, we were lucky enough to try it out. It was definitely a treat that we’ll always remember. Unsurprisingly, the level of hospitality and attention to detail was superb. The Hilton takes an individual approach to every client. We were met with smiling faces and refreshing lychee drinks upon arrival and it was determined early on, which would be the best massage services to suit our individual needs.
Before the massages began, our bodies were covered with Thai royal honey. The massage involved a natural scrub using black sesame seed because the biochemical components of the oil of sesame seeds contributes to the natural synthesis of collagen, giving the skin firmness and elasticity. After this procedure we felt totally rejuvenated. The honey felt funny at first but we were able to wash it off with ease in our beautiful open sky villas. The therapy lasts 1,5 hours and you can choose the intensity of the procedure to suit your specific needs. The massage tables are extremely comfortable and the
masseuses really know how to use their hands. The only problem is that the time spent at Equilibrium is so enjoyable that it just flies by. At the end of it all, you’ll be given a cup of hot ginger tea that can be enjoyed at a table with stunning views of the Hilton Arcadia resort, the largest hotel in all of Phuket. It really is a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

his month we are pleased to announce the start of our new golf column with regular interviews and insights from Stewart Ginn - a larger than life blonde Aussie golfer who is a regular visitor to Phuket. At one stage Stewart had flowing blonde hair, then a pony tail but now as usual for baby booker generations a more sophisticated grey and

A lot is written about the techniques for players as well as coverage of major sporting events so the aim of this new column will not be to duplicate this but instead provide insight into the characters of what really happens outside the public glare- IN THE LOCKER ROOM. Stewart Ginn or Ginny to his friends, has lived in Kuala Lumpur for many years and still does regular corporate events. He has a larger than life approach to golf and like many of his era, is now slowed down by wonky knees. He doesn’t play golf much these days and his friends joke he has “gone to the dogs” - He and his wife now have kennels for the upmarket dogs of KL. That hasn’t stopped his involvement with golf, and he is now normally seen helping organizing major golfing event in Malaysia. We are hopefully of getting Stewart to Phuket over the next few months as a dinner speaker – stay tuned for details. In Phuket we have been able to get hold of his sand wedge used to Win the legends of golf tournament - amazing to see what a professional does to his clubs during repeated regular practice.

uick breakfasts are associated with sandwiches and at the Wecafe in Chalong, you can experiment with all kinds of bread and ingredients. They have a great selection of healthy sandwiches, as well as grilled veggies and a variety of cheeses on toast. Initially perceived as food that men shared while gaming and drinking at night, the sandwich slowly began appearing in polite society as a late-night meal among the aristocracy. At the Wecafe, the sandwiches are on a whole other level.

f you want to try an interesting local breakfast then you should sample Khanom Geen, it’s a really big thing in Southern Thailand and it’s easy to find just about anywhere in the morning. Khanom Geen is rice noodles that can be served with a few types of curry, most commonly the fish and vegetable curry. Thai ladies serving this breakfast normally charge about 20 baht per curry and 10 baht for noodles. It’s an extremely delicious meal that is quite unique.

A Slice of Hollywood in Phuket Meet Anteo Quintavalle, a Phuket resident and film producer who recently appeared in ‘Mechanic: Resurrection’ alongside Jason Statham and Jessica Alba.
The Mechanic Resurrection movie was shot in Thailand and we know that you took part in it. Was there much competition to win the role? Why did they choose you? And was there an audition? They needed a villain with a mean look, but someone who could also pass as a guy who Jessica Alba might fall for. There were several hundred actors from LA who were considered for the role. Jason, the director, Dennis Gansel and the producers, liked my interpretation of the character during the three rounds of auditioning. To be more distinct from Statham’s look, I grew out my hair and bulked up 10kg.
Did you know Jason Statham before? What kind of person is he in real life? And what is Jessica Alba like?
I used to own a designer shoe store in the west end. Strange as it may seem, I’d pass Jason Statham on the nearby Oxford Street where he would be hustling jewelry from a box to passersby. As the story goes, Guy Ritchie one day spotted Jason there as well and offered him his breakthrough role in Lock Stock. I was apprehensive about our shoot, as I have had some really weird experiences with celebrities before, but Jason was very down to earth and courteous with me. Jason is really passionate about his films. Before breaking through as an actor he was a competitive diver and a male model and perhaps given this background he is quite meticulous about the execution of the sequences and also how they are stylized. Jessica Alba was very calming to be around. Through her ‘Honest’ Company, she is worth $500m, but was no diva, she’s very easy going and happy to try her hand at much of the stunt work.
Are there any funny stories from behind the scenes you could share?
There’s one from a fight sequence that unfortunately didn’t make it into the final cut that springs to mind. It ended with my character taking a high fall and landing on a wooden table. For this I had a great stunt double from Australia. He was dressed up just like me, including a blonde wavy wig. When it’s a dangerous piece of action, everyone wants to get it done in as few takes as possible. The stuntman did a perfect fall on the second take, but his wig flew off. He stood up and groaned when he was told to do it again. “What was wrong with that?” Jason Statham picked up the wig, which had landed near him, put it on his own head and said “I don’t know Stu. You tell me.” Everyone had a good laugh as the stuntman patted his bald head and realized what had happened. I’ll give you one more. We were fortunate to work on Mechanic with the legendary Vic Armstrong

There’s a long lens shot in the movie where Frank and Gina are fighting on a yacht. I had practiced a routine for a few days with the stunt team and although all the moves were there, Vic was less than impressed. I was thinking “This could be a long day”. On the second take when Gina’s stunt double rose from my first strike, I was caught by surprise. She was wearing a loose blouse and one of her breasts had popped out. I expected a cut, but I was the only one who noticed and the director urged us on. Unsure what to do, as I grappled her, I tried to shake it back inside the blouse, but not matter what I did, every time she got back to her feet the breast was still staring back at me. At the end of a shambolic take, I braced myself for an ear full from the director. Through the loudspeaker Vic bellowed “No idea what was going on there, but that was perfect!”

To be honest, I was in agony before I set foot on set and almost had to drop out of the film from a double achilles injury. Most of the pain comes in the preparation. On that sequence you saw, I actually missed the crash mat and landed on the edge of the boat, but with the adrenaline of the moment I didn’t feel anything, until the next day that is.
How was the premiere in Bangkok? Are you happy with the final result? Do you plan to give up everything else and focus on your acting career?
Thailand Elite organized a premiere at Central Embassy for its members and I was a special guest. The film has an old school Roger Moore Bond feel, with the action set across the world, mine and the Sydney scenes you see in the poster were all shot in Phuket. There were some scenes that we did not have time to shoot, but with the injuries I was carrying I was pleased to have seen it through. I’ve appeared in two further features since Mechanic Resurrection and have received offers on future projects, but my focus is now on my own productions. My first film “The Last Executioner”, which is a Thai language biopic, won Best Film at the Thai Film awards last year, I have ‘Escape’ which I mentioned before and a very cool ‘Hunger Games’ style script I would like to shoot in Phuket, which is currently sounding out investors.
Anteo, сould you say in a few words, what brought you to Phuket?
I grew up in London where I’d been involved in a mix of businesses over the years, though my main pursuit throughout was equity investments. One large holding gave me a seat on the board of directors of the Russian Oil Company, Timan Oil & Gas, which I still hold. We are currently in partnerships with Alexander Lebedev and Mikhail Gutseriev. When I decided to focus fully on equity investing, it meant I was no longer bound to any specific country, provided I had internet access. Phuket fitted the tax and lifestyle profile I was after at the time.
How did you run into the movie industry and do you remember your first role?
After the credit crisis crash in 2008, I remember watching the sunrise before the markets opened and decided that there would be more productive ways to devote my time. With its locations and cost savings, I saw an exciting opportunity in film and acquired the rights to the bestseller autobiography “Escape”, a true story set in Bangkok about the only westerner to have ever escaped from a prison there. While working on the script, a friend suggested that I gain some on set experience and so I submitted to upcoming film projects. My first role was as an extra on the tsunami adaptation “The Impossible” starring Ewan McGregor. I went on from there.

Злодея Фрэнка в экшн-муви сыграл Антео Квинтавалле, живущий на Пхукете. В интервью RL Magazine актер, продюсер и инвестор рассказал, каково работать с голливудскими звездами, а также поделился курьезами со съемочной площадки.
Как ты, житель Пхукета, попал в столь крупный коммерческий кинопроект?
Они искали парня на роль злодея с по-настоящему злым взглядом, но в то же время такого, в которого могла бы влюбиться героиня Джессики Альбы. На роль Фрэнка претендовали сотни актеров из Лос-Анджелеса, но Джейсону (Стейтему – прим. ред.), режиссеру Деннису Ганзелю и продюсерам понравилась моя интерпретация персонажа и я успешно прошел три прослушивания. Russian Driver Number 1 in the World Recently, famous race car driver Vitaly Petrov visited Phuket and spoke to RL about the most important things in his life. Vitaly knows firsthand the taste of victory. Known as the ‘Vyborg rocket’ in Russia, he has won many prestigious awards such as the Formula-1 and the 24 Hours of Le Mans. In this exclusive interview with RL Magazine publisher Raisa Sheludkina, Vitaly talks about his priorities in life - from career to family and also his views on success.
Did you have to sacrifice anything for the sake of sport and the desire to be the best?
At age 19, I had to go abroad, to devote myself entirely to sport. It was very hard, sometimes unbearable. Lack of communication with family and friends was tough.
What does racing mean to you - passion or just a job? Autosport is my life.
What is an example in your life when you were in a difficult situation but you came out on top?
In 2003, at the Formula Renault.I didn’t perform well in this series but at the same time, I tried my best to achieve results. But I always knew that such a difficult stage in my life had to come along, in order to move ahead.
What would you choose as a career, if you could not be a racer? Hard to say ... maybe a football player.
Do you believe that success is more about being in the right place at the right time or is it up to the individual to determine the time and place of his or her success? Being in the right place at the right time - That is a big part of being on top!
How much do you think depends on the technical conditions of your car? You can be a pro, but if your machine does not hold, then does success come down to good engineering?
Technology always comes first. Unfortunately, this is how it works in autosport, especially in «Formula 1». You can be an excellent driver, but that doesn’t go far with the wrong car.
Do you observe any special rituals before a race? I pray.
Sport always involves passion, but at the same time, the driver must calculate everything and have a cool mind, to have self-control and to control the situation. How do you combine these things?
We always clearly understand what to do and how to do it. But unfortunately there are situations where not everything depends on you.
I’ve noticed that you drive quietly and without unnecessary attempts to pass other vehicles on Phuket roads. Is it that you are resting from racing or is it normal for you not to be in a hurry? This is my normal state. Especially, when you come to an unfamiliar city, and you’re not yet accustomed to the peculiarities of the behavior of road users. In such situations I am always extremely attentive and focused.
In sports and any other type of activity, there is always someone you admire. Do you have any idols? Michael Schumacher.
What did you feel when you drove a car for the very first time?
Once my dad allowed me to drive, I rushed to the car with burning eyes, and during the ride I just enjoyed driving.
Were your parents strict or were they more relaxed?
They always made me do sports. Some sports I liked, others not so much. But I probably went to all the sports clubs in Vyborg where I am from. At the same time, my parents always told me not to forget about school. My parents are my best friends, I have a warm relationship with them.

Family is everything to me. My parents gave me the opportunity to do things I love, they still help me when I’m in trouble, they give me advice.
What is the most important thing about friendship for you?
Reliability, honesty, respect, humor, care - the basic qualities necessary for true friendship.
You don’t seem very talkative. Is this to protect your private life or are you just a naturally reserved person? I’m just not ready to immediately open up to strangers. I need some time.
Do you like being famous? Apparently not… Difficult question, yes and no .
Success can change a person a lot. Do you think it has changed you?
My character has changed, or rather, I changed it myself and it is for the better! But this is not really for me to decide.

From February 17, 2012 to February 1, 2013 he was the pilot of the Caterham F1 Team. He was Steels first Russian driver ever to act in the championship, «Formula 1» as the main pilot and the first Russian driver to be on the podium at the Grand Prix, «Formula 1». He participated in the GP2 Series, endurance race «24 Hours of Le Mans». In 2016 Petrov appeared in the World Cup racing endurance in the LMP2 class, in the composition SMP Racing Team.

В эксклюзивном интервью, находясь на Пхукете, Виталий Петров рассказал издателю RL Magazine Раисе Шелудкиной о своих жизненных приоритетах – от карьеры до семьи, а также поделился взглядами на успех, который подчас зависит от воли случая.
В твоем деле крайне важны сила воли и стремление к победе, во что бы то ни стало. От чего тебе приходилось отказываться во имя спорта и желания быть лучшим?
В 19 лет мне пришлось уехать за границу, посвятить себя полностью спорту. Мне было очень тяжело, порой просто невыносимо. Не хватало общения с родными и друзьями.
Что для тебя автоспорт - страсть, работа, зависимость? Автоспорт – это моя жизнь.
Были ли у тебя случаи в жизни, когда все валилось из рук, но тебе все равно удавалось выходить из ситуации победителем?
Такая ситуация была в моей жизни в 2003 году на Формуле-Рено (серия для молодых автогонщиков – прим. ред.). Не получалось у меня показывать хорошие результаты в этой серии, руки опускались. При этом, я перепробовал все возможное для достижение результата. Но я всегда понимал, что все впереди! Это такой непростой жизненный этап, который просто нужно пережить.
Что бы ты выбрал для карьеры, если бы не был гонщиком? Есть варианты? Сложно сказать… точно бы стал спортсменом, может быть, футболистом.
Ты веришь, что для победы нужно оказаться в нужное время в нужном месте или человек сам определяет время и место своего успеха? Верю. Оказавшись в нужном месте в нужное время – будешь на высоте!
Насколько зависит победа от техники? Ты можешь быть профи, но твоя машина не дотягивает, тогда удача сводится к хорошему инжинирингу? Или все-таки побеждает человек? Техника всегда на первом месте. К сожалению, в автоспорте только так, особенно, в “Формуле-1”. Ты можешь быть отменным пилотом, но далеко не уедешь на неподходящем по всем критериям автомобиле.
Ты соблюдаешь какие-нибудь особенные ритуалы перед началом гонки? Читаю молитву.
Спорт всегда предполагает азарт, но в то же время гонщик должен все просчитать, иметь самообладание и полностью контролировать ситуацию. Как сочетать несочетаемое?
Мы всегда четко понимаем, что и как нужно делать. Все просчитываем даже не до сантиметров, а до миллиметров, когда заходим в поворот или кого-нибудь обгоняем. Но, к сожалению, есть такие ситуации, когда не все зависит от тебя.
Я заметила, как ты ведешь машину - спокойно и без лишних попыток обогнать или пронестись с ветерком. Это отдых от гонок или твое нормальное состояние в жизни не торопиться?
Это мое нормальное состояние. Особенно, когда приезжаешь в незнакомый город и еще не привык к особенностям поведения участников дорожного движения. В таких ситуациях я всегда предельно внимателен, сконцентрирован и сосредоточен.
В спорте, да и в любом другом виде деятельности, всегда есть на кого равняться. У тебя есть кумиры? Михаэль Шумахер.
Какие ощущения были, когда ты впервые сел за руль автомобиля?
Как только папа разрешил мне cесть за руль, я помчался к машине с горящими глазами, а во время езды я просто получал удовольствие от вождения.

Как тебя воспитывали родители? Держали в ежовых рукавицах или были твоими друзьями?
Хорошо воспитывали. Всегда заставляли меня заниматься спортом. Одни виды спорта мне нравились, другие – нет. Но я, наверное, в детстве посетил все спортивные секции, которые были у нас в Выборге. При этом родители всегда говорили мне не забывать про учебу. Наказывать - не наказывали. Родители, в первую очередь, мои друзья, у меня теплые отношения с ними.
Как они отреагировали на твое желание стать гонщиком? Они помогли мне воплотить эту мечту.
Семья много для тебя значит?
Семья для меня - все. Родители дали мне возможность заниматься любимым делом, они до сих пор помогают мне в трудные минуты, дают наставления и советы.
А что для тебя важно в дружбе?
Надежность, честность, уважение, юмор, забота - основные качества, необходимые для настоящей дружбы.
Ты кажешься человеком не слишком разговорчивым. Это защита от лишних вопросов и внимания, или ты действительно закрытый человек? Просто я не готов сразу открываться незнакомым людям. Мне нужно время.
Нравится ли тебе быть узнаваемым? Похоже, нет? Сложный вопрос, и да и нет.
Может ли изменится характер человека после взлета на вершину успеха?
Мой характер менялся, вернее, я его сам менял и именно в лучшую сторону! Поменялся ли я как человек в итоге? Не мне об этом судить.
Считаешь ли ты себя перфекционистом? В спорте, наверное, да.
Поддержка твоей семьи и твоих болельщиков дает тебе дополнительную энергию? Конечно! Поддержка моей семьи и друзей дает мне мотивацию, придает сил, заряжает энергией, и настрой на победу.

ШКОЛА THE ECOLE HOTELIERE DE LAUSANNE (ведущее в мире образовательное учреждение в сфере гостеприимства – прим. RL) была очень традиционной, когда я в ней учился. 50% времени я проводил, работая на кухне, остальное время посвящал теории. Приходилось проводить 5-6 часов за приготовлением еды для студентов, затем бежать в душ и снова на занятие, а потом снова куда-то бежать по учебе.

БЕЗУСЛОВНО, Я КОНКУРИРУЮ С ДРУГИМИ GM НА ОСТРОВЕ. Но все люди в этой отрасли очень приветливы и открыты для общения. МОЕ ХОББИ НОМЕР ОДИН – это лыжи, но, по очевидным причинам, здесь я не могу им заниматься. Здесь мы с супругой обычно играем в теннис или бегаем несколько раз в неделю. После солидного перерыва я возобновил занятия гольфом, а совсем недавно у меня появилось новое увлечение – скуба дайвинг.
В МОЕЙ СЕМЬЕ ЕСТЬ ТРАДИЦИЯ – когда рождается новый член семьи, его тут же регистрируют в ФК «Барселона». Я был членом клуба с первого дня своей жизни и моя дочь, кстати, тоже. Я ОЧЕНЬ ОТКРЫТЫЙ ЧЕЛОВЕК, что касается сепаратистского движения в Каталонии, откуда я родом, я убежден, что есть другие способы сохранить культуру и традиции, не прибегая к разделению страны.
ЧТОБЫ ПОДДЕРЖИВАТЬ ВЫСОКИЕ СТАНДАРТЫ, конечно, приходится быть строгим, но первый человек, к которому я отношусь строго – это я сам.

and could make anyone smile. I grew up in a small village in South Africa and it was well known in our village that I helped my mom in the kitchen and was a keen cook. I used to rearrange my parents furniture and was working in a local restaurant from the age of 14 so hospitality is all I really know and I totally love it. Of course you can learn the skill but I think a big part of it is deep inside you.
IT’S HARDER NOW TO GET THE YOUNGER STAFF TO DO THE “DIRTY” WORK. They simply just don’t want to do it and are not interested to earn a
minimum wage. My first job after completing hotel school was to polish silver cutlery. My supervisor saw that my cutlery was especially clean and that’s how I was noticed and I moved up quite quickly. We all started at the bottom. I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE GO HOME AND LEAVE A BAD comment

So I had two choices – to be a police dog trainer, because I love dogs, or to be a hotel manager, which was my dream.

I WAS NATURALLY FRIENDLY AND CHARMING, it just made sense to go to hotel school, which, unlike universities, wasn’t very expensive. It was perfect for me. And as soon as I arrived in the hotel school I excelled and was the best in the class.
AND MY GREATEST STRENGTH is my charm. I can sell you Ice at the North
Pole. IF I COULD BE SOMEONE ELSE FOR ONE DAY I would be a Lighthouse
keeper on a rock, in the middle of the sea. SIX YEARS AGO I CAME TO THAILAND ON HOLIDAY because I was extremely tired. I worked in a Michelin star restaurant in London called Lindsay House for a very aggressive chef. And as soon as we arrived in Bangkok I was shocked. I couldn’t believe that everybody was so happy and smiley and it wasn’t Michelin level where everybody shouts at each other in a very aggressive environment. THE CHALLENGE FOR THE INDUSTRY IS… Basically we are all looking
to fill our resorts in low season and it’s getting harder and harder by the day. Whatever the reasons: being it the economic situation, Donald Trump, Brexit or the thread of terrorism in Europe, there are more issues popping up around the world daily and the last thing people are thinking about is a long lazy expensive 5 star holiday. It’s tough!

Я вырос в маленькой южноафриканской деревушке, где каждый знал, что я помогал своей маме на кухне и был отличным поваром. Я начал работать в ресторане, когда мне было всего 14 лет. Так что о гостеприимстве я знаю не понаслышке и очень люблю свое дело. Можно освоить любые навыки, но гостеприимство всегда было частью меня. ПО ОКОНЧАНИИ ОТЕЛЬНОЙ ШКОЛЫ Я УЕХАЛ ИЗ ЮАР, поскольку выиграл приз как самый многообещающий будущий GM. How can we succeed that learners are studying all aspects of a subject? Here we need to stage the focus on contention, how to begin and plan a learning action, how much time to spend on each task and the quality of the work.
Which kind of materials and tools are supportive for the transfer? How can we organize success? Here the focus must be on self-commutation and significance.
Evaluation
Which models and criteria of evaluations are effective for learning and performance? Here we need to concentrate of successes, feed forwards and the gain of awareness. All these points may seem normal and logic to you, but most of them are not happening in our schools. In the next 6 columns I will go into details and explain each part.

Another representative of the dynasty,Jennifer Pritzker, became the first transgender billionaire, who also appeared in the Forbes ranking. Another Pritzker,Penny, is currently a minister of Commerce in the USA. The Pritzker family is also well-known among architects, mostly because of Jay Pritzker (grandson of Nicholas Pritzker) who founded a prestigious award in architecture. Jay found that the lack of a Nobel Prize in the field of architecture was

On a side note, in 2015 in Dubrovka Moscow, a unique avantgarde business center designed by Zaha Hadid was erected, called ‘Dominion Tower’. Let’s start with a simple recipe - Almond Milk. You can start to make your own almond milk at home. All you need is a blender, any type would do, a glass of raw almonds, 2 glasses of water and a filter: Add almonds and water in the blender, blend for 1-2minutes and after filtering, then your milk is ready to be used.
