When joined Realty Executives Diversified, I was a fresh, brand-new agent that had zero experience in home sales. The training provided to me by my Brokers helped me establish my career.

My first introduction to Realty Executives started with a BOOM. was sitting in a suite on top of the Bellagio, looking out the window, and watching the fountains blast water into the air. My phone rings and I hear, “‘Dale, this is John Dwyer from Realty Executives. I’ve heard a lot about you and want you to join our company.” Call it kismet, but how could anyone have picked a more fitting moment to make a call that would change the course of my life?

Just three days after my co-agent and joined Realty Executives, we went to the first franchise convention. It was open to broker/owners and agents. We met Outlier’s CEO, David Tedesco, on a rooftop venue in Scottsdale.
