He says that “you’re only as good as the people you surround yourself with.” Winston is proud of his sales team that offer great service with ethics, professionalism, and loyalty. It is their goal and mission to always put the needs of their clients ahead of personal gain, and that has always been vital to RE/MAX Weyburn. The RE/MAX sales team is only part of the picture. A huge contributor to the success of RE/MAX Weyburn is the office manager, Linda Grams. Linda is tasked with many important roles from paperwork to bookkeeping and legal documents—all of which are crucial to the business. “Perhaps she is the true boss,” says Winston.

ay 2021 marks 10 years for Winston Bailey as the broker and owner of RE/MAX Weyburn Realty. “I moved into real estate in 2005 after 30 years of running my own construction company in Weyburn,” says Winston. “In 2011, my wife Jean and I decided it was time to venture out, and we bought the city’s RE/MAX firm.”

Winston has seen many changes to the real estate market in the last decade, with both rises and falls in the market. He knows that he and the RE/MAX team wouldn’t be successful without the support and trust of their clients, both past and present. Winston feels confident with the low interest rates and the forecast for our economy that 2021 will bring a strong market again.

Being in business in Weyburn has allowed Winston to have lots of involvement within the community. He has been involved with the Weyburn Red Wings, minor hockey, Habitat for Humanity, The Family Place and more. Giving back to those organizations has always been a huge part of Winston’s life. “It’s just who I am. Without them, our city would not be the great community it is,” he says. Winston also wants to thank the community of Weyburn, his staff, and his clients. Although Winston may be getting a little bit older, he still looks forward to coming to work each day and meeting new people, helping past and present clients, and even just being there to lend an ear to someone in need.
