t’s a busy early summer that we are experiencing: classic destinations in recovery flanked by newcomers that nobody had thought of before; new alliances between airlines and new domestic and international routes; strategic moves dictated by the spirit of survival. For some this means salvation, and for the others the end. In this context, we insert the entry of Etihad into Alitalia. For some time many of us wondered why the Berlusconi government desired a bailout years ago against all common sense. If one really wanted to save a strong and prestigious national airline, it would have been enough to close with the past, reset the accounts and halve the staff on the basis of merit and not patronage, separate the low-cost and short and medium-haul domestic routes from the longhaul ones, aiming for quality and service in these (which has never been the strong point of the company). Today, perhaps, instead of having ourselves bought, we would be real allies. Does anyone really believe that the brand Alitalia, Air Berlin, Jet Airways, Srilankan, Air Seychelles, will exist for much longer? Go beyond your expectations with Resorts Magazine!

The first inhabitants of Zadar were the Illyrian Liburnians, who were followed by the Greeks, who called it Diadora until the time of Rome. Modernity was instead Venice, Napoleon and Austria.

It was, in fact, between the eleventh and fifteenth centuries that was set its medieval golden age, when the urban center was enriched with an enviable architectural heritage.
