Fresh tulips are beautiful, but wilt-free paper tulips that you make yourself are great, too! This model is easy to make on any two square sheets of equal size. Tiny tulips can be tricky, so you may want to try folding this model on larger squares of paper first.

Flip over from top to bottom.

Make creases along dashed lines. Pinch sides of paper where indicated with circles and carefully bring them in and down to meet the bottom edge, as shown by the arrows. Look at the next illustration to see the collapse in progress.
Fold top layer up along dashed lines.

Your model will look like this. Repeat step 3 on other side.

Your model will look like this. Flip left triangle over to the right like flipping a page of a book.
