Chulyin This is Chulyin. He’s from Alaska. His name comes from his native ancestral relatives, the Athabascans, and it means “the raven”. Chulyin is an athlete. He plays ice hockey. After school he always practices with his team. I love writing to him ‘cause he answers right away.

Kiona Hi! My name is Kiona and I’m 11 years old. I live in Manhattan, New York. I go to school from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. In my free time I like hanging out with my friends. I also have e-pals all over the world. I write to them often. Akin This is Akin and he’s from Nigeria, Africa. My African friend has big black eyes and short dark hair. He’s Muslim. Different but still the same

Martin is from Mexico City, but he is living in the US with his family. Mexican people are cheerful and friendly. Mexico City is a beautiful place with a large number of interesting places to visit: museums, churches, temples and financial centers. Close to the city you can see the remains of the Mayan pyramids and the Aztec ruins. Martin has a girlfriend in Mexico. He misses her a lot, but he talks to her on MSN every day.
