His family shares in his festive spirit, and together, they make every day a little more like Christmas, filling their hearts with warmth and joy.

“He was born on Christmas, so his entire world revolves around Christmas,” says mom, Sharon Joseph. “It could be in the middle of summer and Gary will want to have Christmas movies playing. Luckily, the family shares in his love for Christmas, so we make it work!”

RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE AND STARK DD PROVIDE A PILLAR OF SUPPORT

Life hasn’t always been easy for Gary. In his early years, he faced numerous surgeries, a challenging period that brought his family closer to the Ronald McDonald House. Stark DD, a support agency for individuals with developmental disabilities, has played a vital role in Gary’s life. They’ve equipped him with the assistance and tools he needs to live a happy and healthy life. Gary’s current Support Service Administrator (SSA), Kaitlyn Yun, has been a wonderful advocate, ensuring he’s content and well-supported in all aspects of his life.
