Holday Travel Assistance! Taking a tour of the Sunflower Program at the Akron Canton Airport!

In January of this year, we partnered with the Akron Canton Airport to run an article on their Sunflower Program!

This Akron-Canton Airport (CAK) Sunflower program helps make travel easier for people with disabilities by offering free accessories to airport guests, which discreetly indicates the traveler may need extra time or assistance while traveling through the CAK Airport.

Recently the team at the airport invited our Content Director Mike to join a group that had the opportunity to tour the airport and walk step by step through what the program looks like for those travelers who would use the service. With the holiday season being upon us and the increased traffic that our local airport sees during this busy time we thought it is the perfect month to remind you of this fantastic program should you or a loved one need to take advantage of it!
