Our Remote Support Service isn't about technology alone— it’s about the team and services in conjunction and working to bring our philosophy to life.
This collaboration extends to the very top. Our executive team is actively involved in discussions with the individuals about the types of technology personalized for them, and how it could be used effectively. After a comprehensive internal assessment, they work with the remote support team to finalize the person-centered plan, which serves as the roadmap for the services provided.
The Remote Management team is the strategic mind ensuring the infusion of cutting-edge assistive technologies. Meanwhile, the Supervisor ensures the delicate balance of support and autonomy is maintained, turning the vision of person-centered plans into reality. And lastly, but doing the direct services, is our Remote Support Professionals, with their genuine dedication and compassion. They are the heartbeat of the department, ensuring seamless, real-time connections are made, that make an impact of a lifetime.
Even after installation and services begin, our team actively continues to collaborate with individuals and their teams, delving deep to understand unique needs, ensuring that the technology we deliver is tailored appropriately, meaningfully, and enabling them to achieve the highest level of independence.
