MEETING MINUTES
(In order of appearance) Patrick de Haan, Ben Eubank, Kent Hendricks, Karen Ingersoll, Larry Horton, Corey Bruggeman, Geoff Pashkowski 7:00 AM: Meeting called to order by Corey Bruggeman Invocation: Ben Eubank Pledge of Allegiance: Corey Bruggeman Four-way Test: Pat, Larry, Kent, Karen
6 Minutes 8/27/15 1. Larry announced that paying dues has been made much easier with the square reader. They can now take credit card payments and send invoices – better tracking for IOU’s too! 2. Pat shared toy donation dollars from past clubs. Pretty cool! 3. Larry talked about the Sonoita Orphanage project. CXR is partnering with several other clubs including, Tempe, Squaw Peak, Kyrene, and White Mountains. 4. The United Food Bank is also a multi-club project with Kyrene, Squaw Peak, Tempe South, Tempe Downtown, and Rotaract. 5. Larry said, “I love North Korea.” He also said, “I want to go to Tucson.” (We don’t know what that means… ) 6. In the world of “Did you know?”… Did you know that a Yeti 110 is a high end 110 quart cooler? Well, now you know! (Not sure why that’s relevant to anything, but there it is anyway) ~ Note to Karen: It holds more beer and that’s relevant to everything!
7. Don’t forget about The Working Poor Tax Credit to apply toward the Laird School Food Box project! 8. Further discussions around the Village People YouTube videos.
• Kent is just happy! • Ben – donating (via Toy Donation Dollar) 13 toys for Pat. Dona’s health is up and down, but she’s still home, and he’s happy about that.
• Pat – the beauticians who did his hair (which turned out fabulous!) are holding a toy drive… AND want to come and volunteer at one of the schools and give free haircuts. Now that’s pretty awesome! • Geoff is happy that the new flooring in his house is down, had lots of fun (wink, wink) moving all that furniture! We’ve run out of time… but we’re all pretty happy!
Until next week… stay cool!! Bye bye!
Don’t forget that your Working Poor Tax Credit will feed 225 families this December!!

Patrick de Haan, Ben Eubank, Kent Hendricks, Karen Ingersoll, Larry Horton, Corey Bruggeman, Geoff Pashkowski 7:00 AM: Meeting called to order by Chief Geoff Pashkowski Invocation: Ben Eubank Pledge of Allegiance: Geoff Pashkowski Four-way Test: Ben, Larry, Kent, Corey
1. Corey announced that he and Ben are tired of women “only wanting them for their bodies”. Yep. He said that, and it was followed by five minutes of uncontrolled laughter. 2. Larry then asked Pat, “What was it like when the first automobile came along?” Pat told him to ask Ben. Alright, so much for fooling around! It’s time to get serious for the Village

This was just a practice session, but the results were really pretty good and we had a great time setting up and shooting the pictures. In fact we had so much fun that our waitresses and the manager of the restaurant where we meet came in and also posed. The manager said he wanted to be Rambo, so we granted his wish.

Pat is out sick… and we hope he gets well soon! Larry is out traveling. Or is he? Ben sent Karen an email regarding a speaker for Habitat For Humanity. Karen to get that set up. Breakfast ordered. Served. Gobbled.
Kent is looking forward to a long weekend in the (cool) pines next weekend. Ben – worried about Dona. Our prayers continue for her recovery. Happy he still has a job. Corey is happy that he can start insulating his garage. Geoff is very happy that his house is almost back to normal. Karen had a nice time celebrating her mom’s 76th birthday last Saturday, and spending time with family.
Stay tuned for more fun next week!
