Tra le tante novità introdotte dal DL 50/2017 settembre 2017, assume particolare rilievo il credito d’imposta riconosciuto a decorrere dal 2018 sui costi sostenuti per le campagne pubblicitarie effettuate a mezzo stampa, web, televisione e radio. Il credito d’imposta, da utilizzare in compensazione orizzontale nel modello F24, è fissato nella misura del 75% del valore incrementale degli investimenti effettuati, elevata al 90% per microimprese, PMI e start up innovative. Il credito d’imposta spettante nel 2018 è determinato dalla differenza tra gli investimenti effettuati nel periodo giugno/dicembre 2017 e quelli del 2018.
