Furniture Refresh – New patient room furniture deployed to 3N, 3C, 4C, and 4N LifePacks – 55 new LifePacks delivered July 2022; training to start end July/early August Capital Equipment/Projects Approved – opened second Hybrid OR, new Bi-Plane, OR Stealth System Replacement, additional Xi robot, Mako, Cardiac Step-Down PCU, and CV pre/post unit, BMT Clinic Expansion After hours – 24/7 Canteen at Main Campus opened January 2022 New Recliners – funding approved, recliners selected, delivery started in April 2022 with ED and Cancer Center $600,000 in capital funded for 1Q22 – check with your department leader to see what items were approved for your area $400,000 in Nursing Capital provided by HCA – to be utilized for nursing equipment and supplies in 2022 Cafeteria Hallway – instead of shades, facilities addressed furnace/chiller issues which should better regulate temperature Department Recognition – Launched the We Show Up Department of the Month in March 2022 Additional Furniture and Umbrellas for 1 North Patio Employee Wellness Fair Sessions – held in early May, continue to share resources in RMC All-Employee Weekly Email EP Lab Refresh and Cardiology Office Expansion – Capital approved May 2022 PCT Council – Started in April 2022 BEE Award – Launched in June 2022 for all non-nursing colleagues Wheelchairs – More wheelchairs ordered, and available in front lobby and A level PCT Town Halls – hosted in July 2022 Allergen labels on food in cafeteria – Will indicate gluten free and vegan as of 7/18 Physician method of contact – As of July 2022, all hospitalist groups are utilizing iMobile

Staffing Update – Moved 5 East to 6 West to consolidate staffing resources Behavioral Health Work Group – Re-vamped attendees to address colleague safety concerns Furniture Refresh for patient rooms – Goal to replace all worn furniture by end of 2022 OSI Signage – proofs approved and signage is in progress 1 North Conference Room Refresh – project started in August 2022 with estimated completion by end of 2022 Blood Cancer Clinic Expansion – project began August 2022 with estimated completion by February 2023
