WELCOME TO THE 2022 15TH ANNUAL RHEUMATOLOGY NURSES SOCIETY CONFERENCE!

RNS MISSION The Rheumatology Nurses Society is a professional organization committed to the development and education of nurses to benefit its members, patients, family and community.

RNS VISION Our vision is to lead nurses to excellence in the care of patients with rheumatologic diseases.

I am so excited to be back together again with friends and colleagues to celebrate our community of rheumatology healthcare professionals, patients, and supporters. We could not have predicted the historic events the world was about to face since we last convened in 2019; however, here we are, together in sunny Orlando, Florida! It is so fitting that as we come back together again, it is to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Rheumatology Nurses Society (RNS)! This year’s conference theme, “Rheum for All,” is all about community! As we celebrate 15 years of the Rheumatology Nurses Society, we know that this is a very special community. It is the responsibility of the RNS to equip nurses and advanced practice providers with the best education possible to ensure that you are fulfilling your role in the rheumatology community with excellence. We also recognize the critical roles that our sister organizations of rheumatology healthcare professionals, office managers, and most importantly, patients play in our community. The RNS Education Planning Committee has produced an exceptional program for you, starting off with our Pre-Conference Rheumatology Intensives on onboarding new pediatric and adult patients. There will be plenty of networking and fun at Paint-A-Picture on Wednesday night and at the all-new Nurses Got Talent on Thursday evening. We are grateful for our supporters and exhibitors, who look forward to seeing you back in person. We have a great week ahead of us and are happy to be here for you! The RNS Board of Directors and I are so grateful for your support and dedication to the RNS. It is because of you and your commitment to this incredible association that the RNS is celebrating 15 phenomenal years! Thank you for being part of our community where there is “Rheum for All”! Sincerely,

Carrie Beach, BSN, RN-BC President, Rheumatology Nurses Society
