Nigeria Plans Rollout of Central Monitoring System for Lotteries The Nigeria government has announced that it is planning to launch a CMS (Central Monitoring System) to help unlock the potential of lotteries as a source of public funds. THE COUNTRY’S Special Duties and InterGovernmental Affairs Minister, George Akume, at a recent public event, said the government would simultaneously repeal the existing National Lottery Act 2005 and the Gaming Act 2021 as a way to help earn funds for the promotion of quality health care.
