SIPPO TRADE FAIR SERVICES
Booth at SIPPO Pavilion & Preparation Workshop on 14th September
Exhibition booth at SIPPO Pavilion (stand rental & stand construction) Hotel accommodation in Paris for max. 2 persons in a double/twin bedroom from 13th – 18th September 2015 (5 nights). Trade fair preparation workshop on 14th September 2015 (mandatory for all participants) Marketing support/promotional activities: company profile in SIPPO exhibitors brochure and Emailing to potential buyers, other promotional activities (advertisements, etc.) Entry of company name in official trade fair catalogue Preparation support (information packages, assistance in productselection, visa applications, etc.) Assistance of international consultants and SIPPO project team during the trade fair Follow-up
SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE
Travel costs to Paris and back Local transport Personal insurance (illness and accident) Shipment/transport and insurance of goods Additional stand arrangements, audio-visual equipment, ect. Additional overnight accommodation: companies who arrive earlier and/or leave later must inform SIPPO accordingly. Additional overnight accommodation must be booked by the companies themselves. Meals and other personal expenses (phone calls, mini-bar, restaurant, bar etc.)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATING COMPANY
Registration fee to be paid into Switzerland Global Enterprise bank account within 10 days after reception of the invoice. Representatives of the company must be fluent in English and must be present for the entire length of the trade fair and the preparation workshop. The company must inform SIPPO on a confidential basis about contacts established and business concluded during and after the trade fair. SIPPO shall reserve the right to alternate the programme if needed.

EUR 1’000 if the company participates the 1st time EUR 1’500 if the company participates the 2nd time EUR 2’000 if the company participates the 3rd time
In case the company withdraws from your registration the participation fee is non-refundable. The number of participants attending the fair will be limited. The final selection of companies will be decided by S-GE.
TARGET GROUP / SELECTION CRITERIA
SIPPO focuses on small and medium-sized companies coming from Macedonia, Serbia or Albania and offer CM, CMT or Full Service (OEM) services. Other criteria are: The company must be ready for the international market and have a high commercial reliability The company preferably has some export experience The company produces according to international quality and CSR standards The company is motivated and dedicated to deal with new markets The company has a representative in the company who has a sufficient command of the English language (verbal and written fluency) The company has legal status “private” and owned by local residents VISA
