PROGRESS CHECKS
There is no better motivator than to see your efforts are working. Schedule progress checks to see your improvement. A progress report will compare your two most recent fitness assessment results. It will show you where you have improved and areas that still may need improvement. Our clinical staff will review your results and make suggestions to help you change up your routine to improve your program.
PROGRESS ORIENTATION
Over time your body will adapt to your program and there will be diminishing returns. In the progress orientation we will revise your current program so that you can continue to progress.
Aquatic, strength and yoga orientations are also available. Speak with our Member Services Desk to get more information on these sessions.
This simple test provides a comprehensive report of your body composition including weight, body fat, body mass index (BMI), a segmental fat analysis, intra- and extra-cellular water readings and a results consultation with our staff. An InBody composition analysis is complimentary with your fitness assessment or rechecks. For more information or to schedule an appointment, visit the Member Services Desk.

KIDS ZONE ACTIVITY CENTER
The Kids Zone Activity Center is designed for free play. We have creative centers for imaginative play, as well as educational games and art projects. There are fun activities for the older kids, too. When the weather is nice, we open the doors to the courtyard for outside play.
Parents, don’t worry about your workout being interrupted – our staff is here to take care of your child. Just bring supplies like diapers and snacks and leave the childcare to us.
There is a daily two-hour maximum time limit.

START THE NEW YEAR OFF RIGHT AT HEALTH ZONE
Joining a gym in the new year is one of the best gifts you can give yourself—and please invite your friends, family and neighbors, too! After all, nothing says “new beginnings” like a membership card and the promise of a healthier, stronger you.
When you sign up for a fitness routine, you’re signing up for a whole new community. What starts as a daunting commitment can turn into a surprisingly fun and social experience. Many people discover that the routine of an aerobics or spin class isn’t just about sweating out the previous night’s pizza (although that is a bonus). It becomes a ritual: showing up, laughing through the hard parts, and rewarding yourself with one of the famous Health Zone smoothies afterward.
Inviting friends to join makes everything better. Need someone to commiserate with during spin class? Your buddy’s right there, struggling beside you. Want to try something new, like kickboxing or Pilates? It’s a lot less intimidating when you’ve got your own cheer squad in tow. Even on those days when motivation dips, knowing a friend is waiting for you at the gym makes all the difference. Accountability is a powerful thing. Group fitness sessions are where the magic happens. From high-energy Zumba to calming yoga, there’s something for everyone. The instructors are encouraging, the energy is infectious, and the playlists are on fire. Plus, you’re learning from the professionals at Health Zone, so you’re more likely to make progress and less likely to suffer injuries.
Speaking of our professionals, I want to encourage you to make an appointment with one of our personal trainers. These men and women have decades of experience and will help you set goals and reach them.
So, if you’re on the fence about hitting the gym this year, grab a friend (or three) and jump in together. Your future self—and your newfound fitness squad—will thank you!
