FROM THE DIRECTOR

FALL KICKS OFF WITH MEMBER APPRECIATION, OPEN HOUSE

We have had a great year so far celebrating our 40th anniversary. Whether you’re new to Health Zone or have been with us since the beginning as a charter member, I’d like to send my sincere appreciation.

Every day I am honored to see so many of you taking care of your health and reaping rich rewards because of the time you spend at Health Zone. For the fall, I want to call your attention to Member Appreciation Week, which will be October 1-7. Please be on the lookout for giveaways and great events meant to say thank you for your membership.

The week will culminate with the Fall Open House on Saturday, October 7. We encourage members to bring their friends and family to see everything Health Zone has to offer, along with visiting a variety of speakers for great health information and services.

Finally, I want to take a minute to celebrate the success of some of our kids’ programs.

Our Kids Mini Triathlon on August 5 had the most registrations ever – 188. Every session of our summer camp was sold out, with more than 260 kids participating.

And our swimming lessons sold out, with 145 swimmers this summer. We love setting records, especially when it comes to keeping kids healthy!

Have a great fall, and I look forward to seeing you at Health Zone.
