FROM THE DIRECTOR
Graydon H. Yohe Director, Health Zone at Saint Francis
SPRING HAS Sprung
As we transition to nicer weather and longer days, it becomes easier and easier to allow our fitness and health goals to lapse. Health Zone has put together a series of challenges to assist with extra motivation, socialization and maybe just a little competition. The first challenge had an emphasis on cycling while the second challenge is walk/run. Continue to monitor our eblast and internal signage for our next challenge.
Next, I want to call attention to a change in our aquatic programming. Our pools have experienced dramatic growth. Now we are challenged to balance group, individual and family aquatic opportunities. Changes are not made without significant analysis of the impact on membership. So, for the first time in many years, our family swim times are changing. Please take note of the new times in this Zone Advantage, as this will impact much of the weekend programming.
As mentioned in my previous notes, Health Zone is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. In April, Health Zone recognized and celebrated a special segment of our membership, our Charter Members. To those recognized, I want to send a heartfelt thank-you for your many years of patronage and salute your commitment to health through exercise.
Many more events are scheduled to mark our anniversary throughout the year, and I invite each of you to celebrate with us.
Thanks for all you do to make Health Zone a special place and the best health club in Tulsa!
