François et Maggy Doucet ont installé un atelier de confiserie au coeur d'Oraison, dans le dernier cassoir d'amandes encore en service. Leur unique produit était alors les " Pralino Eis Amando de Prouvènço " : amandes de Provence grillées enveloppées d'une nougatine (mélange de sucre caramélisé et d'amande en poudre), d'herbes de Provence et de vanille bourbon. Riches de la tradition héritée de son arrièregrand-père Théodore Vieillard, créateur de la pâte de fruits d'Auvergne, les produits créés par François Doucet et ses enfants sont régulièrement récompensés sur les salons professionnels pour leurs qualités et leurs originalités.
