I am a landscape architect and also a digital artist and a photographer. I completed my bachelor’s degree in Architectural engineering in 2015. Afterward, I started to do internships and then work as an architect on a range of projects, including homes and public spaces, in two leading architect studios in Shiraz (the fifth most populous city in Iran) for three years to enhance the breadth of my practical knowledge and expertise in different areas of architecture. I then pursued a master’s degree in sustainable architecture and landscape design at Politecnico di Milano that enabled me to gain a holistic view over the organic interlinks between nature and built environments and hence sustainable design. I work diligently and with determination and I am always eager to work with others and improve my skills to develop better responses to design challenges.

FRACTURE Port wine musuem /Porto, Protugal

Course: Architecture Studio Design II /Master studio 2022 Advisors: Da Cunha Bastos Rodrigues Rebelo Camilo, Alison AuroaRosa Team Work

The museum aims to bring the landscape of Douro Valley to the riverside of Porto city, defining a manmade fracture with a reference to the rocky soil. Currently the site is a concrete block along the riverside, used as an open air parking lot. The project hits and breaks this block and fits the functions of a Port Wine Museum within the broken fragments.

6

The city of Porto due to its topography can be read as a series of cracks, with its narrow streets and endless stairs that expand to the river.

master Plan

The journey through the crack as an experience with two ends; On one end, there is an urban-life in constant movement, generated by the hall, restaurant, wine lounge and the museum. While on the other end, the marketplace and the landscape islands offer a tranquil encounter with the river.

Objects from the interiors pop out to the rooftop to define a playful landscape. The rooftop acts as an extention to the side walk where the passer-by can experience fragments of the buried museum.

The spatial atmosphere of the museum defines a rhythm out of the alternation of contemplation and interaction

In-between the intersection between built and unbuilt Course: IC LANDSCAPE REPRESENTATION AND MODELLING /master studio 2021 Advisors: Karin Sara Protasoni & Floriana Pergalani Group Work

Today, the railway acts as a new barrier of Piacenza after removing the historical walls. Considering railway scape on three primary connections between Piacenza and Po, the train station area is the broadest and most accessible site for people to understand Piacenza’s railway scape. With the idea of promoting “Nature conquers,” which be considered the area’s identity, the project proposes a strategy to invite people to observe, be active, and feel the reclaim of nature on the traces of humans. Thereby realizing a different landscape is only found in post-industrial ruins such as abandoned buildings and railway tracks.

10

SITE ANALYSIS The RAILWAYSCAPE OF PIACENZA-ACCESSIBLE

After the old walls were taken down, the railway now serves as Piacenza’s new wall. The train station area is the largest and most accessible location for people to grasp Piacenza’s railway scape when considering the three main connections between Piacenza and Po.

A HIDDEN GREEN CORRIDOR FROM PIACENZA TO PO TWO SIDES OF RAILWAY AND NATURE RECAPTURE THE CITY

Currently, there is a connection line available in the area from Publicco to the abandoned site. This road can consider becoming the first hint of green space made up of an informal vegetation system. Crossing the raway, we once again witness the dominance of nature on urban Infrastructure. This pattern extends to the Po River and becomes a new green connection potential from Piacenza to PO.

11

TRAIN STATION AND ITS POTENTION

Piacenza is a destination with high mobility. The current design of the station is limited to people coming from the direction of Piacenza. Currently, some of the tracks are abandoned with low landscape quality

TUNNEL and new service area

EXPANSION TUNNEL

The expansion is done in the open ground between the tracks to increase the amount of natural light entering the tunnel, reducing the feeling of darkness caused by the long tunnel.

14

NEW SERVICE AREA The service area is the starting point of phase 2. The design strategy applied to this point focuses on creating a first hint of a linear park next to Piacenza's tracks, where visitors can come and experience it. Railway landscape from another angle.

ON THE TRACES OF THE UNDERGROUND WATER

Urban and Environmental Landscape Desgin Studio /Master Studio 2021 Lemes de Oliveira Fabiano, Torrigiani Emanuela Team work

The aim of the project is to design a green wedge for the city of Milan, Lombardy, Italy connecting the west side to the center. This goal will be achieved by the reopening of an underground water system that characterized the Pianura Padana, the Fontanili, and one of the main river that passes through the city, connecting with Darsena and Naviglio Grande. The project followed the framework of a green-blue strategy taking into consideration selected sustainable development goals and ecosystem services then applying appropriate nature-based solutions on the final site.

Continuity of the Green System

These diagrams in the Meso Scale show more in detail which kind of intervention will be designed in six different areas of the wedge. Generally the goal is to obtain a continuity of the Green System with the help of the Blue System. The reopening of the Water System will occur where there will be its presence, and in the other case different solutions to collect the rain water such as infiltration strips, gutter and porous pavements. To reduce the heat island effect will be planted different species of trees and shrubs, to provide shades and permit a significant continuity through the entire axis, help in the air quality and generate a pollination’s corridor.

Between Ages a multi age sustainable micro-Town Architecture Studio Design 1 /Master Studio 2021 Karin Elke Hofert & Marta Dell’Ove Team work

The concept of this project relies on multi-dimensions that are clashing and merged within each other. Starting from the very specific location of the site in Horta, Barcelona, and its authentic elements that make the place and environment a proper dwelling base. Then focusing on the main actors, people, which are simultaneously in contrast but in harmony with each other, the elderly and the students. As known, the world’s becoming older and older each year and as such the complexity of generations especially in terms of housing and everyday life, keeps increasing. Therefore this project tends to create a specific habitat for people of different ages and generations in multi-dimensional ways, and most importantly on how to break the stereotypes of each group of people in a shared environment.

20

The Neighborhood

Barcelona currently counts 10 districts, some of which, have a previous history as independent municipalities which were integrated into the city of Barcelona during the late 19th century and the first half of the 20th century. Hence, Horta Guinardó is one of the oldest districts, and is mainly known as “lungs of Barcelona”. With an average elevation of 166 meters, Horta is the third largest district in Barcelona. An area with a rural past and abundant vegetation, it provides some surprising views from the many viewpoints in its neighborhoods. Its one of the few dictricts that hasnt been affected by the late industrialism and capitalist urbanism.

The Site

The site is placed in the heart of Horta and as it is considered “lungs of Barcelona” due to the presence of many parks, open spaces, and green areas, it meets all the requirments, for a sustainable living, including social, technological, economical and environmental aspects. Therefore, this particular site makes a perfect location for a “sustainable micro-town” with a proper sustainable development. 21

Library HOusing

Total building area of 6040m2 Gross floor area of 862.8m2 Green area of 1015.4m2 Solar panel roof area of 740m2

This block is a combination of the library and nursing home. The first two floors were dedicated to the library while the rest are housing. Its lower surface faces a glass screen to provide better natural light, and with a beautiful view of the courtyard and the surrounding mountains, it creates a relaxed atmosphere that is ideal for reading and studying areas. In the case of housing, each apartment has at least one suitable balcony that can be closed in winter (winter garden). Each floor has access to semi-open public spaces through the building, which is mainly dedicated to urban agriculture. In addition, solar panels are used on the roof. In terms of façade materials, it is mainly made of wood and plaster, in order to create a warmer atmosphere and maintain proper stability. 25

Bachelor Final Project /bachelor studio 2015 Advisors: Amir Hossein Ashaari Individual Work

The goal is to create a new City Theatre, occupying a site that symbolizes the developing outlook for the city of Shiraz – with a mission to connect local and global talent through arts and culture. The Shiraz City Center for Theatre and the Studio Arts brings theatres, scene workshops, classrooms and faculty offices that had been located nearby the ancient building of grain Silos on Hafez Street in Shiraz.

28

The construction represents a fluid form which emerges by the folding of the landscape’s natural topography and by the wrapping of individual functions of the Center. All functions of the Center, together with entrances, are represented by folds in a single continuous surface. This fluid form gives an opportunity to connect the various cultural spaces whilst at the same time, providing each element of the Center with its own identity and privacy. As it folds inside, the skin erodes away to become an element of the interior landscape of the Center. 29

HOSPITAL 06 BAMDAD Course: Studio 4 /bachelor studio 2014 Advisors: Morteza Monshizadeh Individual Work

Designing of a General Hospital due to rapid development In technology and at the same time, the expansion and diversification of hospital needs a very complicated and heavy task. The hospital was located outside the urban fabric of Shiraz, where the master plan is developed around a series of courts. Overall, our attempt is to take a “biophilic” approach to design, where through natural light and ventilation, views of mountains and gardens and access to outdoor courts, an Architecture is created which fosters healing and well-being.

threads of victory ACCA International competioionSymbolic World Cup Structure /March 2013 Individual Work

The aim of this international competition is to design a free-standing World Cup structure at Lapa Square in the heart of Rio de Janeiro during the 2014 FIFA World Cup. The current proposal is defining a space by highlighting this live manifestation of people, all emerged into the same broadcasted, virtual environment created by the media screen. Their behavior, the noises, the strange and colorful outfits are on display at high level, visible from great distance and used to attract more.

Five sets of ribbons follow the shapes of the arches which each of them is defined as a different function.

The installation was inspired by Mexican wave which showed the enthusiasm of watching football game. It features a series of interesting yellow, green and blue “threads” that represent tree colors forming the flag of Brazil. Moreover, Five sets of ribbons follow the shapes of the arches which each of them is defined as a different function.
