CONTENTS
01 BAMDAD HOSPITAL Designing of a General Hospital due to rapid development In technology and at the same time, the expansion and diversification of hospital needs a very complicated and heavy task. The hospital was located outside the urban fabric of Shiraz, where the master plan is developed around a series of courts. Overall, our attempt is to take a “biophilic approach to design, where through natural light and ventilation, views of mountains and gardens and access to outdoor courts, an Architecture is created which fosters healing and well-being.

THEATRE CENTER
The goal is to create a new City Theatre, occupying a site that symbolizes the developing outlook for the city of Shiraz – with a mission to connect local and global talent through arts and culture. The Shiraz City Center for Theatre and the Studio Arts brings theatres, scene workshops, classrooms and faculty offices that had been located nearby the ancient building of grain Silos on Hafez Street in Shiraz.

The construction represents a fluid form which emerges by the folding of the natural’s typography and by the wrapping of individual functions of the Center. All functions of the Center, together with entrances, are represented by folds in a single continuous surface. This fluid form gives an opportunity to connect the various cultural spaces whilst at the same time, providing each element of the Center with its own identity and privacy. As it folds inside, the skin erodes away to become an element of the interior landscape of the Center.
The building is clad in two primary materials, ultra-high performance concrete and glass curtain walls that open the entire building to views of the outdoor theatrs and pond. Windows into offices, classrooms, workshops and other program spaces are typically operable aluminum frame window units. All studio spaces and classrooms are equipped with motorized shades to control light. Sliding panels in the drawing studio block light and provide a continuous pinup surface along the exterior wall when closed.

Symbolic world cup structure ACCA International competition; Threads of Victory March 2012-2013
The aim of this international competition is to design a free-standing World Cup structure at Lapa Square in the heart of Rio de Janeiro during the 2014 FIFA World Cup. The current proposal is defining a space by highlighting this live manifestation of people, all emerged into the same broadcasted, virtual environment created by the media screen. Their behavior, the noises, the strange and colorful outfits are on display at high level, visible from great distance and used to attract more.
Concept The installation was inspired by Mexican wave which showed the enthusiasm of watching football game. It features a series of interesting yellow, green and blue “threads that represent tree colors forming the flag of Brazil. Moreover, Five sets of ribbons follow the shapes of the arches which each of them is defined as a different function.

Bookland is a chain stores of cultural and artistic products that two branches are in Tehran and one branch in Shiraz. The project consists of the rehabilitation and renovation of old residential building into a bookstore and also providing an appropriate context for further engagement between producers and audiences.
I was part of this project from its design phase and modeling (3dsMax, VRay, Photoshop).
“ I Think that architecture is not a permanent art; something that is completed and fixed, but rather something that grows towards the futures is expanded upon, renovated and developed. This is the concept of Metabolism (metabolize, circulate and recycle). “ [ Kisho Kurukwa, from the Age of Mechine to the AGE of Life ]
The moment the vistors enter BookLand, can Immeditely recognize the common functions and the begin of the comlex.

PA.DA APARTMENT SHIRAZ
During my internship, I was able to put together several design proposals on my own. Designing several options for the homeowners and producing for the various designs proposals. Being an Iranian-Spanish, the owner of this flat was interested to bridge not only these two cultures but also the tradition and modernity.
The composition of two modular structural grid represents the way the living units organized, and also and the creation of public outdoor spaces at high levels in the building which guarantee an outdoor space for the units.

You wouldn’t believe it when I say that I photographed a over many years, and found out that it’s not same tree. It’s different because it has a soul. I would think it was happy the other day, but it is sad today. “ Oshtoran kooh Mountain - Azna, Lorestan
