The Colors of my life

Of course Life is not just Colors. It ’ s about Emotions. Memories. Things you want to do and Things you really don ’ t want do. Things you want to remember and Things you want to forget. These are different and yet same to all of us. I only have one question for you. What are the colors in your life?

BLACK BLACK BLACK BLACK The first thing you notice when you see me, is BLACK BLACK BLACK BLACK. It is the “theme color” of my life. It is the color of Comfort, Balance, Strength and Invisibility. It’s the color of starless nights, nightmares and monsters under the bed or hiding in the closet. It’s the color of mind, that is lost to the madness, it’s the color of grief and sorrow. To me black black black black is all that and more. To me black black black black is the color of Normalcy. You see me walking by, but you won’t really “see” me. You just see a person, who wears black black black black. BLUE BLUE BLUE BLUE My favorite color. Color of childhoods summers, seas, oceans, rivers and lakes. Blue Blue Blue Blue. Peace, Understanding, Innocents and Sleepiness. Clear sky on summer day, waves on sunny beach. The color of the new born babies’ eyes. For me, the color blue blue blue blue, is the color that I use, when I need to feel safe, when I need to feel connected to others. Every night I take my blue blue blue blue blanket and wrap myself in it. It gives me my childhood home back. Even if only for the night.

WHITE WHITE WHITE WHITE I have days when I don’t want to feel anything. When I don’t want to remember. This is the color for it. WHITE WHITE WHITE WHITE. Numbness, blank state of mind, Virginity and white white white white noise of my laptop, when all other noises are gone. It’s the color for new adventures, new beginnings and sad endings. Sorrow, Sadness and Joy. Those are the things I find myself needing, when I think of white white white white. RED RED RED RED The color of blood, Lord Voldemort’s eyes and the color of my least favorite wine. Deep burgundy red red red red of satin dress, when I was 18. Biggest color in my aura. Pain. Panic. Guiltiness. Lust. Power and Forgetfulness. Six words that are so wonderfully contracting each other’s out and yet, to me, they are the meaning of Red Red Red Red. YELLOW, YELLOW, YELLOW, YELLOW, GREEN, GREEN, GREEN, GREEN, PURPLE PURPLE PURPLE PURPLE Colors of Youth, Health, Secrets, Lies, Envy, Forgiving and Childhood. “Time golden's golden's golden's golden's memories”. “Green Green Green Green with envy”. These we all are familiar with, but when I talk purple purple purple purple being the color for lies and secrets, you look at me funny. Let’s take Disney movies Aladdin, Sleeping Beauty and Snow White. What is the color of the ropes of the Villain there? Purple Purple Purple Purple. What is the color of Jokers jacket in Batman? Purple Purple Purple Purple. Even studies made of colors say, that purple purple purple purple is not a really a color at all. It is just something we see, so that world would make sense to us. So, when I say purple purple purple purple is color for lies and secrets, I’m not really that far away from truth, am I? Even in ancient Creek the color purple purple purple purple was used by Emperors and politicians, that were known to be corrupted and only looking for themselves.
