The Choux Bun Collection is a must for French patisserie lovers. The collection features the vanilla and chocolate Belgian Pâte à Choux and the pecan-flavoured Toffee Renoir and ‘Perfect Presentation’ - whipped cream encased in choux pastry, generously smothered with Belgian white chocolate sauce and topped with white chocolate curls, complete with tangy fresh raspberries. If you’re a Lotus lover, Haute Dolci’s indulgent Lotus Biscoff Collection won’t disappoint. The range includes Lotus cheesecake and Lots of Dough – Lotus-infused white chocolate cookie dough with a scoop of vanilla gelato and a sprinkle of Biscoff biscuit crumbs – all topped with warm Lotus sauce.
The Manchester site is one of the first Haute Dolci restaurants to offer the exclusive selection of new desserts before they roll out nationally later this year.

The warehouse chic surroundings of Ducie Street make it the perfect place to spend a weekend bottomless brunching and Head Chef Andrew Green’s newly launched brunch menu doesn’t disappoint. The savoury menu includes: tofu scramble on sourdough; shakshuka (a signature tower stack, complete with grandad’s sausages,
cookie pieces, poached plums, whipped cream, cherries and wafers. Saturdays are disco-brunch time at Ducie Street Warehouse and on the last Saturday of the month, the warehouse presents an elevated disco experience with a themed party paying homage to disco culture around the world.
