ABOUT Working in collaboration is one of the best elements of working within photography. I love seeing how one piece of work can be translated across a number of different ways. From producing a fashion look book to an individual headshot to photographing a graphic design product commercial, it is hugely important to me that I work with a number of different creatives. I have a strong a ‘ying-ylang’ outlook placing importance on my interests both in photography and in the outdoors. Working on location is much like planning an exciting, if logistically more challenging adventure.
I am looking to form a long-term relationship with a photographer with a conscientious outlook, combining visuals and a dedicated personal commitment to projects, as well as being able to locate strong narratives and concepts in the imagery. Having had a number of portfolio reviews, I am determined to work hard and learn as much as I can and combine my previous experience of working in a studio environment with skills I have gained by working on location, indicating a natural direction towards working as a photography assistant.
