What if we didn’t have Libraries? Although the St. Charles City-County Library is a public Library district, county assistance does not cover programs like Take 20 & Read, Books to You, and Ready to Read.

at Regal Cinemas O’Fallon 14 When Body Image Activist Taryn Brumfitt posted an unconventional before-and-after photo in 2013 it was seen by more than 100 million people worldwide and sparked an international media frenzy. Embrace follows Taryn’s crusade as she explores the global issue of body loathing, inspiring us to change the way we feel about ourselves and think about our bodies.
To give online, visit stchlibraryfoundation.org or call Erica Land at 636-441-2300 ext. 1582
Embrace is such an important resource – it offers hope to those who suffer with food, weight and body image concerns and education to those in the health, diet and exercise industries. It is essential viewing for anyone who fat shames themselves and/or others! This unique ticketed event will feature a special presentation from ‘Ask Alison’!
