A Super Saturday…….. Another busy Saturday with back to back classes. In the morning we had a card class.
I think everyone managed to make all the cards today. We have lots of card classes available in May so if you would like to join us then check out the web site Here. In the afternoon we had our April Limited Edition class . We were using the brand new Fancy Pants Collection – Beach Bum. These are stunning fresh papers and everyone enjoyed creating. The July Limited Edition is now available but is already limited so if you would like to join us check out the next class Here . Another fun class Saturday was the second of the Scrapping Your Family classes and I couldn’t resist taking some photos.

And we had a visit from Jane's twins. The last time we saw them they were only 3 weeks old. They definitely stole the show.

At last some cards for men although all of these new Digi stamps are also suitable for not only women but bride and grooms as well Yes Gayle has been busy again and launched another 6 unique Digi Stamps. For her class last night, Gayle made six beautiful examples using the new releases. Two of these were included (in paper form) in the class kits and there was a choice of two to make in class. Loads of work, designing, preparation and time go into these new launches and we would like to thank Gayle for all of her hard work. It is very much appreciated. Here are the examples, all coloured in using either copics or Distress ink pads. Car One

And Julie had a go as well, this one coloured in using Broken China Distress Ink.

Alice was great We had a lovely few hours adding Alice to our Art Journals. Everyone got covered in paint (well I did anyway) and we had some lovely results.

Such a busy day………….. After 2 weeks changing the shop around and making the classroom bigger, it was nice to get such a great thumbs up from our Saturday Classes. We started with the morning card class. Ten ladies, both new and experienced crafters made 4 cards and drank loads of tea and coffee.
Would love to know what made these lovely ladies laugh.
And then after a quick tidy up we greeted everyone in the Limited Edition Class in the afternoon. I you haven’t tried one of these classes then it’s time to give it a go. We provide a super duper scrapbooking kit and give you 10 layouts to copy and you just have a great time.
And while all this is going on, our Emma has been busy die cutting on the Vagabond. We have been using it since last week to start getting everything ready for the Tim Holtz Product Class next Saturday. (Getting excited now)

Card Challenge 27 Something easy this time. With loads of fantastic colour springing up in the gardens and woods we have decided on…………….. SPRING FLOWERS This time we are looking for a guest Designer to add to our Design Team and to make examples for the next 3 Challenges. The Launch of a new Scrapbook Challenge The Card Challenges have been a great success and we have loads more Card Challenges to come this year and loads of you have taken part and shared your wonderful creations. At Scrapbook Sisters we have always encouraged class mates to bring in and share their finished layouts so that others can get inspiration from their finished work. There are some amazing Scrappers out there and we want you to share your amazing talent with us. So today we are launching the first of our monthly Scrapbook Challenges. On the first of every month going forward we will launch a challenge and all you have to do is use the link at the bottom of the post to upload
pictures of your scrapbook layouts. Remember only one entry per person and there will be a great prize for the winner. The winner will be chosen by Random.Org and is open to everyone both beginner and advanced Scrappers. We will contact random people who enter the challenges, to join our Challenge Design Team. My Minds Eye were our choice of papers for the two Limited Edition Classes on Saturday. This time MME have released some beautiful papers and after much deliberation, we decided on the new Stella and Rose Collection. Tic Tock
We all had a great time last night in the “Tic Tock class. Here is the project we made using a soft jade colour palette, chipboard and lovely bling.

OK, so did everyone have a good time today???
Well we certainly did. Thank you to everyone who came along to the Crop. We hope you had a great time and enjoyed the classes, chat and of course, the cake. Here are a few photos taken on the day. It’s easy when you know how. Love it or hate it, Altered Art is good fun as our ladies and gentleman found out this evening. Despite most of the class doing the same image, they all ended up looking different. Here are some of the photos about 2 thirds of the way through the class.

Crop Class success
This was a great class and a lovely project designed and taught by Karen. As promised here are a few photos of the finished project. The papers, stamps and all of the Ranger embellishments are now available in store and will appear on the website shortly. Enjoy‌‌
I forgot to say the the papers are by Theresa Collins and that this was the Crop class originally intended for the 4th December crop that was cancelled due to the white stuff.

Fashion Digi Stamps Launched At last we are able to release Gayles Fashion Lady stamps. Originally released in 2009 as Acrylic Stamps these have fast become one of our most popular stamps. Here are just two examples Known in the shop as “The Bride” this stamp can be used in so many ways.
And don’t think that they are just for card making. Take a look at these two lovely ladies originally used on a layout in class.
