Folk dancing is a wonderful way to exercise both your body and mind while socializing in the company of a warm and welcoming group. We encourage everyone who is fully vaccinated and boosted to join us and tour the world in music and dance. We review each dance prior to dancing, keeping in mind that the only mistake you can make is to not have fun. No experience, no partners required. Bonus: No meetings, no minutes, no dues; just dance, dance, dance. There is even a club website which lists each week’s dances along with a video link to each dance for those who like to watch or review dances at home.

Our spring dances under the stars were a big hit, but now with the heat and hopefully rainy season approaching, we are taking the summer off. The 2022-2023 dance season begins on September 29 with Heartbeat.

We had a good time at our last dance of the season at Catalina Vista. We had fewer dancers, so we switched from a live band to a DJ. Many of you will recognize the name, Gus D and Miss Gina DJ Extraordinaires. They know our country-western dance music and what we like to hear. The dance was enjoyed by all. Our 2022-2023 dance season will start again in October, Kactus Kickers dancers at the Hilton - Last Territory with a dance on Friday, October 28, Catalina Vista.
