All Beers, Minerals, Juices & Cordials are to be supplied by the Company. 3. Overtime charges will commence after 5 hours of service from when we start with the welcome drink. All staff charges will end from the moment the bride and groom leave the wedding venue, unless it is agreed that the catering service should continue after. 4. When beverages are charged on consumption basis, it is in the interest of the client or their representative to ensure that after the wedding reception is over, they provide a valid signature on the beverage consumption sheet provided by the Company. Should this not be provided, then the charge done by the Company will be deemed final and this will be based on the requisition provided for by the Caterer’s storekeepers. 5. All prices in wedding packages are inclusive of VAT. 6. All prices include VAT but do not include any other taxes which are not in force as at the date of signing of this contract. Such eventual future consumer taxes and changes in the current VAT percentage of 18% shall be a charge to the client. 7. The Menu selection should be finalised one month prior to the event, or at booking if that is less than one month prior to the event. 8. The guaranteed numbers must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours prior to the event, after which, the Company reserves the right not to accept any amendments to such numbers. Should these guaranteed numbers not be given within the stipulated amount, the last number of guests communicated to the Company by the client will be taken as the guaranteed number of guests for the event. Should the guests attending the event be less than those guaranteed by the Client, the charges will still be based on the guaranteed numbers 9. Food and beverage preparation as well as invoicing will be based on the final guaranteed number of guests.
10. When functions are being held in an outdoor venue, the client has to inform the Company at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event in case of change of venue due to unfavourable weather conditions. Such change in venue should be given by the client to the Company in writing within the stipulated time frame in this clause. If a venue is changed within less than 24 hours before the start of the event, then the Company has the right to charge an overriding fee of 5% of the contracted invoice amount. 11. The Client shall be responsible for any damage caused to the venue where the function is being held, whether by him/herself and or by his/her guests. Any such breakages sustained by the Company or any of its partners will be invoiced accordingly to the Client 12. Whether entertainment and music is supplied by the Company or by the Client using third party services, local laws pertaining to the control of noise and public disturbances must be followed at all times. In the case of clients supplying their own entertainment involving electrical equipment of any sort, it is the client’s responsibility to obtain the correct documentation proving the health & safety and suitability of bringing such equipment into the premises in accordance with the current health & safety regulations. Any entertainment taking place within the Hotel operated by the Company must cease before 11pm. After this hour the level of music needs to be lowered to a level which is only heard in the venue itself without causing any inconvenience to hotel guests. The hotel management reserve the right to halt the entertainment at any time if it is causing a disturbance to guests. 13. Under no circumstance can any form of pyrotechnics be used within the premises, unless pre-authorised by the managements and local authorities. 14. Any comments by the client, if any, on the function being covered by this contract, has to be done in writing within 14 days of the date of the function. Any comments after this time period will not be considered and the company will not be held legally or financially responsible for any such comments. 15. Due to food safety regulations and strict guidelines for food storage is not recommended that any leftover food be taken out from the premises for consumption at a later time. 16. The company is not responsible for any beverages, flowers or other decorations left behind after the event.

Interest at the rate of 8% per annum, or any higher rate of interest allowed by Law from time to time, shall become due by the Client to the Company on any balance which remains unpaid after the lapse of 30 days from the date of invoice. Cancellations
After an order has been placed by the Client and accepted by the Company, no cancellations may be made by the Client except by written agreement between the Company and the Client. The written agreement needs to be entered into and signed by all parties to this agreement. The Cancellation of an event by the Client for whatever reason will entail the forfeiture in favour of the Company of all deposits paid by the Client as liquidated damages and any such deposits cannot be exchanged for other services provided for by the Company.
