HOW T GIFT VOUCHERS An ideal gift to show your appreciation. Vouchers are available for any treatment or package. They are non-refundable, must be mentioned at the time of booking and presented at the time of the treatment.

RESERVATIONS Advanced booking is recommended to guarantee your preferred date and time. Please also indicate the treatment of your choice at least 24hrs before your scheduled appointment. A minimum of 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS Please notify our spa receptionist should you suffer from high blood pressure, heart problems, allergies, any other medical conditions, have undergone surgery within the past 6 months or are pregnant, before booking your spa treatment in order to take the right precautions.

ARRIVAL Please arrive at the Spa 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill in a consultation sheet. We regret that late arrivals will not receive a discount or an extension of scheduled treatments unless our schedule permits.

PAYMENT Please settle your remaining accounts prior to your treatments at the Spa Reception Desk.

SPA ATTIRE Bathrobes are provided in your spa suite. During the treatment you may wish to wear your own underwear or we can provide you with disposable briefs. Our therapists will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy. No jewellery and valuables are to be worn or brought into the spa. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or any valuables brought onto the spa premises.

TO SPA MINORS Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the spa area. Minors are still welcome to have treatments as long as they provide the spa representative with a written consent and are accompanied by an adult during the whole treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICY Since the treatment time and products are especially booked and prepared for you, appointments cancelled within less than 12 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the treatment cost. The full reserved treatment cost will be charged for a ‘No – Show’.

SPA RULES We respectfully inform you that it is prohibited to use mobile phones, cameras or any other electrical devices within the spa premises. We also ask you to keep silence throughout.
