What to expect from
Play-Based Learning?
At SPH Pluit Village, we approach learning through the pedagogy of play-based learning. What does this mean exactly I hear you ask? This is not a no work, no learn, approach; in fact, through play, children are encouraged to use their whole body and all their senses.
They are given situations where they must work together to solve problems and come up with new solutions. We set up our classrooms with a variety of activities, all focused on one topic. All the activities are set up in such a way that children are focused on exploring their Maths, English and Science skills.
