LEADERBET Leaderbet is a betting company where I worked as graphic designer. I was the identity coordinator of this company and I used to work also as art directort.

MEMOstoRY Working for children is an exciting experience. People can learn a lot from them and have fun at the same time. MEMOstoRY born with the same sake: teach something and have fun to learn it.
MEMOstoRY is a game based on storytelling and it has the sake to teach the meaning of “sequence”. It could be used by children from 4 to 8 years old and it is recommended to use with the assistance of an adult.
This project was realized for the primary school “Arcobaleno di Lodi”. This school is focused on children who have some cognitive difficulties and our final product would be used by them. The request was to create an instrument based on the digital technology that children can use with the assistance of the teacher. The propose of the product was to guide these children to understand a cognitive meaning.
The kit provides:

- three stories: Hansel and Gretel, Peter and the Magic Beans, Red Cape; - the connecting tags (five tags for each story); - the narrative books; - the instructions sheet. This game use RFID technology, allready installed on the computers of the school.

The game has the following steps: 1. For children is important be recognised to the system and get rewards. For this reason we realized a database with the name and the picture of the children at school. Every children at “Arcobaleno di Lodi” has his own tag to use as key to be recognised. 2. When the user is recognised he/she can chose a story from: Hansel and Gretel, Peter and the Magic Bean. Red Cape 3. The system shows the story chosen with a cartoon video
4. The player has five tangible items called “tags”. On these tools are rappresented the characters or the main items visualized in the story. The player has to organize this tags with the correct sequence used in the story. 5. When the tags are in the correct orders the player win and he is showed with a cup!

MILayer is a concept for an iPhone app that lead the user between a stratified city where is possible “browse” the underlaying layers and come up the Milan of the past.

Piazza Affari
Traced a route that connecting the points in Milan with “layers”, it was developed the visual that we have on “Piazza Affari”. A pointer on the monitor of the mobile shows the existing layers on that place and the user can access scrolling the bar. “Scrolling” the layers, the visual changes and shows the landscape of the age pointed using illustrations and photos. Clicking on the shining elements is possible interact with them and get more informations.
MAFIARAT THE WAY TO HELL IS PAVED WITH GOOD INTENTIONS
Mafiarat is a boardgame developed for the Game Design course. In Mafiarat the players must manage a gang of rats and they have to fight against the other players for the control of New York city. But the town hides tricks and the Feline Cops is always lurking! This game is from 2 to 5 players and has a duration around 45 minuts

As final project was required some layouts of a stereoscopic Operating System for an hypothetical gallery that contains the students’s pictures realized during the workshop. 1. My team project was inspired by a modern museum. The folders visual were like “doors” with the artist’s name (the student) and the user can scroll the doors according the mouse position. 2. Selecting the interest door is possible watch the folder details.

SYDA (Samsung Young Design Award) is a contest proposed to the young designers and its goal is the sustainability. For the 2010 edition Silvia Desideri and I collaborated for a project called “DUMMY e prendi” (Dummy and take). The name was choosen to create a words game using the english and the italian (because “dummy” sounds like “give me” in italian). Our concept proposes a project for the urban that arrives to the citizens to use more conscience for them garbage. Dummy is a trashcan, it scans the item that get
from the user, it recognizes the materials so considers the suitable for the diversified harvest, then it gives back the refusal to the user as item useful for other causes. The system works thanks a scanner that understand the material and a database suggests a list of solutions to reuse the garbage. The proposals are visualized on the monitor and the user can scroll and save them on his telephone using the bluetooth technology. Dummy gives the opportunity to take the item or to definitly throw it closing the cage that returns the garbage.

The Computer Graphic course of the second year university introduced the Politecnico di Milano students in the 3D graphic world. The last request for the exam was a modelling of a chosen item using Maya and rendering also a short animation of it. Beyond the pratice part of the course there was also a theorical part that teached the settings to render in the better way the most parts of the materials, the lights settings and how create cameras and move them.
