OVERVIEW

"Pet humanization" is a natural expression of the “pets as family” trend, whereby pet owners treat their pets like children and are highly receptive to products similar to the ones they use for themselves.” So I design a mobile application that helps you and your dog be happy both mentally and physically.

THE PROBLEM

Dog owners are concerned about their dog's health, especially when they get sick. They always look for the best place to take care of their pets and make sure that they will be happy, but sometimes they don't have enough information to decide where is the most suitable place for them.

THE SOLUTION

Design mobile applications for dog owners to note information about their dog's health and can choose the most suitable place for do activities on vacation.

DESIGN THINKING

The development process of Become was shaped by the principles of the design thinking methodology. It helped me to keep a solution and action-focused mindset within every design phase.

EMPATHIZE

We utilize the method of Qualitative Analysis, which involves questioning, interviewing, and observing the target group while they use veterinary services for their dogs. The aim is to understand the behaviors, needs, and genuine problems of the dog owners.

The scope of this project is to create a mobile website where employees can report or inform to HR. Additionally, there will be a backend desktop system for HR to conveniently review and approve these matters. The goal is to create a user-friendly, efficient, and convenient website for employees to use.

DESIGN PROCESS

PROBLEM DISCOVERY

Employees not having access to their own welfare benefits information leads to frequent inquiries to HR. Additionally, contacting HR through personal LINE accounts results in an unsuitable and unstructured communication channel.

RESEARCH

Interview HR regarding the work processes and issues related to communication and data exchange with employees to identify the actual problems.

ANALYSIS

All employees are asking for personal information and benefits from HR ,Employees are requesting leave or arriving late for work. HR needs to manage and gather data to ensure smooth workflow and prevent data from being scattered or lost.

IDEATION

Based on the analysis and research, it can be summarized that having an HR system where employees can access and submit leave requests through a mobile phone would be beneficial for convenience. Additionally, having a backend system would enable supervisors and HR to approve various requests.

The challenge lies in creating a platform that is different from traditional news websites or discussion boards that have existed before.

Creating a platform that caters to the needs of the new generation. The website serves as a platform for expressing thoughts and facilitating communication. It can accommodate a large number of writers, with continuous contributions. It attracts a substantial readership and is well-known in the online community. Additionally, the website generates revenue through advertising.

Using Qualitative Analysis, such as interviewing actual users who have created posts or read online news, we can discover real problems and the pros and cons of each platform. Furthermore, Using Quantitative Analysis by conduct an online survey with 100 participants through Google Forms.

A 4th-year student who enjoys expressing their political opinions on Facebook but is closely monitored at home. If there is a gathering, they will participate every time.

Demographic

The 4th-year student, majoring in Political Science, lives in a condominium near the university and enjoys reading online articles about politics.

Behavior

The student enjoys reading articles on political websites and shares their opinions on Facebook. However, they face criticism at home because their political views do not align with those of their family members. This situation prevents them from fully expressing their political opinions.

Need & Gold

I want a platform where I can express my political opinions openly without revealing my identity, so that others can consume the content without knowing who the author of the articles is.

Comparing competitors that are article-based websites, examining their advantages, disadvantages, and potential opportunities to gain a competitive edge to make our product stand out.
