Class description Spinning: Indoor cycling focusing on endurance, strength and intervals, high intensity. Circuit: Circuit training is a form of resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. Step: The steps are just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of fullbody cardio workout to really tone all your muscles. Intermiadiate Series-This is a complete body workout focusing on core strength. Gentle Yoga:- including: reduced stress and cortisol levels, increased strength, flexibility and balance, weight loss, better sleep and mindfulness. Dynamic Yoga:- physical postures, dynamic movements, breathing exercises and elements of relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated.
