Class description
Gentle Yoga:- including: reduced stress and cortisol levels, increased strength, flexibility and balance, weight loss, better sleep and mindfulness. Yin Yoga :- series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body—the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. Abs & stretching:-Strengthening your entire core is not only crucial for sculpting a flat stomach. Martial Arts:- self-defense training, mental training, and health training.
