Class description Circuit Training: Works the cardiovascular capacity in addition to your major muscle groups. Spinning: Is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery on a bicycle Zumba: "Fitness-fun" that blends upbeat world rhythms with easy-tofollow choreography for a total-body workout that feels like a celebration. ABS: This class is mostly focused on the localized work the abdominal muscles. Yoga: A Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation. Bodyweight: Body Weight Training is just bodyweight exercises that do not require weights, but is the weight of the person who provides the necessary resistance to the movement itself. Because they do not require weights, body weight exercises are great for people who are interested in improving their fitness. Bosu Training: The word BOSU comes from the English "Both Sides Up" here comes the abbreviation.
