Class description Functional training: Is a classification of exercise which involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life. Boxing workout: Is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines. Latin Spinning: Indoor cycling focusing on endurance, strength and intervals, high intensity with a Latin twist. Bootcamp : Physical training program using weights and/or body weight. Latino Dance: Latin dance with the mix of samba, salsa, merengue and cumbia. Cardio Training: Is a exercise by periods of hard work followed by brief periods of recovery or rest. Is a highly efficient means of improving your fitness level and burning body fat. Power Jump: Set of exercises on a trampline using the gravity for all the body. Step: The steps are just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of full-body cardio workout to really tone all your muscles. Circuit: Circuit training is a form of resistance training using highintensity aerobics. Tai Chi: It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.
