Class description High-intensity interval training (HIIT) : is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. Spinning: Is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery on a bicycle Zumba: "Fitness-fun" that blends upbeat world rhythms with easy-tofollow choreography for a total-body workout that feels like a celebration. ABS: This class is mostly focused on the localized work the abdominal muscles. Yoga: A Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation. Run With Sixsenses: An outdoor jogging exercises,done along the sea side,running helps improve you cardio-vascular endurance,( your heart rate,metabolism) reduceing sugar level as the glucose in the muscles is used during the run.
