Class description Spinning: Is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery on a bicycle Zumba: "Fitness-fun" that blends upbeat world rhythms with easy-tofollow choreography for a total-body workout that feels like a celebration. ABS: This class is mostly focused on the localized work the abdominal muscles. Yoga: A Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation. Meditation: Being attentive and be fully aware, second by second, our thoughts and feelings, our body and movements all around us .Being here and now.
