Class description High-intensity interval training (HIIT) : is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. Spinning: Is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery on a bicycle. Zumba: "Fitness-fun" that blends upbeat world rhythms with easy-tofollow choreography for a total-body workout that feels like a celebration. ABS: This class is mostly focused on the localized work the abdominal muscles.
