Class description Cycle : Is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery on a bicycle. Yoga: is a body and mind focused work out with static and dynamic exercises called “asanas”,including breath control and meditation practice, it’s designed to develop body strengths and mind concentration,with deep relaxation to provide the peace and serenity. Bootcamp :Type of group physical training program conducted by gyms, personal . Many other exercises using weights and/or body weight, similar to CrossFit routines. Aqua gym: the class which is full of active and funny movement in the water designed to train all major muscles of body.
