Class description Run Six Senses Spa: Enjoy the misty evenings of the winter with a refreshing Run on the beach with our Personal Trainer and improve your muscle tone, strength, flexibility and you can see results in short time in all your body. Circuit Training: Works the cardiovascular capacity in addition to your major muscle groups. Spinning: Is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery on a bicycle Zumba: "Fitness-fun" that blends upbeat world rhythms with easy-tofollow choreography for a total-body workout that feels like a celebration. Pilates: The method focuses on the development of core muscles to maintain body balance and provide stability and strength to the spine, so it is widely used in rehabilitation and therapy, for example, prevent and cure back pain. ABS: This class is mostly focused on the localized work the abdominal muscles. Power Jump: Is a cardiovascular exercise that works the entire body, recommended for toning and strengthening muscles. Not recommended for people with knee problems. Free Motion A moderate intensity total-body workout using a weight plate, dumbbells or medicine ball. Bodyweight: High intensity total-body workout for those who have a decent fitness level.
