Class description Cycle : Is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery on a bicycle. Yoga: is a body and mind focused work out with static and dynamic exercises called “asanas”,including breath control and meditation practice, it’s designed to develop body strengths and mind concentration,with deep relaxation to provide the peace and serenity. Meditation: Being attentive and be fully aware, second by second, our thoughts and feelings, our body and movements all around us .Being here and now. Bootcamp :Type of group physical training program conducted by gyms, personal . Many other exercises using weights and/or body weight, similar to CrossFit routines. Pilates: Pilates is a series of nonimpact exercises to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness. Body Ballet: physical work out has come from classical ballet, focused on leg, arms and posture training with nicely added choreography. Aqua gym: the class which is full of active and funny movement in the water designed to train all major muscles of body.
