COOKING CAMP Campers create edible delights in a fun environment. Delicious recipes they can do at home (with proper supervision of course) that is yummy and healthy. Each day will cover a different topic. The dishes are decided by the up and coming chefs after the first day of camp. The first day of camp dish will be instructor's choice. NASAÂŽ: JOURNEY INTO OUTER SPACE

We are seeking creative minds as we unveil art from around the world. Students create the skyline of a big city, wild animals in Africa, impressions from the Orient and much more. Learn to use different materials to discover new drawing and painting techniques. Students also exhibit their artwork for the class, family and friends on the last day of camp. Mad Science and NASA have teamed up to bring you the excitement and wonder of space in this new voyage of discovery. See the principles of thrust and propulsion at work in a real rocket launch. Explore the atmosphere on earth and beyond. Watch star dust burn, and journey through a galaxy as you investigate the life cycle of stars. Explore the farthest reaches of our solar system and create a lunar eclipse in the "mad" planetary tour. Probe the mysteries of meteors and bounce around satellite light as your learn about space phenomena. Experience the life of an astronaut as you suit up for a space flight. PRINCESS BALLERINA This enchanting week of dance, music and activities will delight all little princesses. SPY ACADEMY Look out 007 - The Mad Science Spy Academy is here! From message decoding to metal detectors and night vision, campers will have the opportunity to check out spy equipment and even create their own edible message. Step into the shoes of a detective as you uncover the science involved in evidence gathering and analysis. Figure out the science of forensics in a hands-on look at crime scenes . REACTIONS IN ACTION Lights, Camera, Reaction! Picture yourself as Sir Isaac Newton in this Mad Science camp as we discover how things move with science. Experiment with inertia and gravity as you learn what football players, ballet dancers, and scientists have in common. Explore how equipment and movement work together to help you enjoy your favorite sports. Learn about photography and the movie making process as we examine how a camera works, how film captures light and stores images, how motion pictures got started, and how filmmakers make images move. SUMMER CAMPS SKYHAWKS GOLF FOR BEGINNERS

ALL SORTS OF SPORTS

Campers will learn the fundamentals of swinging, putting, and body positioning. Skyhawks has adopted the SNAG (Starting New At Golf) system to its curriculum. SNAG is specifically designed for the entry-level player; SNAG simplifies instruction so that young players can make an easy and effective transition onto the golf course. All equipment provided. All participants receive a t-shirt and a merit award. Participants should wear appropriate clothing and shoes; bring two snacks, a water bottle, and sunscreen. TENNIS - RALLYBALL CAMP The tennis camp is designed to be beginner friendly and to engage young children in tennis as a team sport. Have fun with your friends and learn to play tennis! Children are split up into groups by age and ability. Tennis has never been easier to play and learn. By using NEW progression tennis balls and a games-based approach to learning, your child will be able to rally the ball in the first hour of the very first class! The camp format includes station rotations where campers will be exposed to a variety of tennis skills and games. Campers will be placed on teams and play for Team of The Week and Camper of The Week. DIGITAL COMPUTER ANIMATION Students are introduced to fundamental digital computer animation. In this class, participants will learn skills that help computer drawing, character movement, frame layering and dialogue matching. Bring Minecraft to life using LEGO! Resourcefulness, creativity, and cooperation come together in this unique building adventure game; roll the dice to mine for resources, and use these resources to build specials items to help in our adventures! Build a Zoo, create a Medieval Castle, and design a Tree House Village! This LEGO experience is an original game designed by Play-Well instructors inspired by the popular game, Minecraft. CAMP CUNNINGHAM

Spend your Summer at California's largest Skate Park! Summer camp at LCRSP is designed for BMX riders, skateboarders and scooter riders of all ages and abilities. Participants are able to focus on improving their personal abilities in the areas of speed, consistency, and tricks. Participants may enter themselves into one of three categories: Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. The instructor will teach and demonstrate tricks that participants can use to help them progress to the next level. The lessons and instructions taught can be practiced at the participant's own pace and ability, even after the lessons are completed. AM Care is available starting at 8:00am for an additional $30/week(San Jose resident). Non resident AM Care is $34/week. Location: Lake Cunningham Regional Skate Park

Explore outdoors, make friends and get fit this summer at Camp Cunningham! This summer camp offers children an outdoor recreation experience filled with science and nature, sports, teamwork & fun games. Using the parks features, children will have the opportunity to try activities including boating/kayaking, beach volleyball, horse shoes, walking the trails and fishing. Your child will be learning about the environment, sports, teamwork, cooperation and will meet new friends. Campers need to bring a lunch, water and sunscreen everyday.
