TAI CHI

This gentle and slower pace yoga class allows you to practice strength, flexibility, and balance while allowing enough time in each pose to experience the mind body connection. This class can help improve breathing, balance and self-awareness. Even though gentle yoga isn't "beginner yoga" the pace allows us to cover several variations and everyone is welcomed to join! COVID guidelines will be implemented and practiced at each class meeting. The City of San José will continue to adhere to the county guidelines.

Tai Chi is an internal form of Chinese Martial Arts known for its slow, graceful movements and breathing techniques. It has become a popular form of exercise all over the world. Like most exercises, practicing Tai Chi can help one improve their strength, flexibility, circulation, and relaxation. COVID guidelines will be implemented and practiced at each class meeting. The City of San José will continue to adhere to the county guidelines.
