SPRING BREAK CAMPS
EXTENDED CARE
Come explore the park and have an opportunity to enjoy the nature and scenery! This camp offers children an outdoor recreation experience filled with science and nature, sports, arts and crafts, and exciting outings. Using the parks features, children will have the opportunity to try activities including bocce ball, beach volleyball, horse shoes, walking the trails, and more. Your child will be learning about the environment, sports, teamwork, cooperation and will meet new friends. Campers need to bring a lunch, water, and sunscreen everyday. (Field Trip: Golfland)
Extended Care is a great option for working parents. After camp each day, participants will have time to relax in a supervised, comfortable environment. Art projects, cooking activities, and low-key recreation activities will be provided. Each child will have to bring a snack unless instructed otherwise.

SPECIALTY SPORT CAMPS
SKYHAWKS VOLLEYBALL
Skyhawks Volleyball takes the energy and excitement of this great team sport and puts it all together into one fun-filled camp. All aspects of the game are taught through drills and exercises that focus on bumping, setting, spiking, hitting, and serving. This camp is designed for the beginning to intermediate player. All participants receive a ball, t-shirt and a player evaluation. Participants should wear appropriate clothing and gym shoes; bring two snacks and a water bottle. SKYHAWKS BEACH VOLLEYBALL Skyhawks Beach Volleyball takes the energy and excitement of this great team sport and puts it all together into one fun-filled camp at Almaden Lake Park’s volleyball court. All aspects of the game are taught through drills and exercise that focus on passing, setting, hitting and serving. This co-ed program is designed for the beginner to intermediate player and will incorporate essential life-lessons such as teamwork and sportsmanship. Our volleyball staff will assist each athlete in developing the fundamental of the game through game based drills and daily scrimmages aimed at developing the whole play.
SKYHAWKS TRACK & FIELD Skyhawks Track & Field combines technical development, fundamental techniques, and safety with a major focus on fun! Using special equipment, our staff teaches the fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching, and cool-down techniques. SKYHAWKS FLAG FOOTBALL Flag Football is the perfect introduction to "America's Game". Participants learn skills on both sides of the footballincluding the core components of passing, catching, and defense- all presented in a fun and positive environment. Campers will enjoy beach volleyball, horse shoes, hiking trails, and more. Learn about sports, teamwork, animals, and the environment while making new friends. *Activities subject to change

SUMMER BMX CAMPS CALABAZAS BMX SUMMER CAMPS
EXTENDED CARE
We have added an extra hour of BMX fun! BMX Camp at Calabazas Park is designed for BMX/Mountain Bike riders beginner and intermediate levels and abilities. BMX campers are able to improve abilities in the areas of speed, consistency, and tricks. Instructors will teach and demonstrate tricks at the rider’s own pace and will help campers progress to the next level.
Extended care is a great option for families. After each BMX camp day, campers will have time to continue practicing their BMX skills as well as participate in sports and other recreation activities with fellow BMX campers and leaders.
