Camp San José
A Zumba class is a dynamic and exhilarating fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. It incorporates interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms, to help improve cardiovascular fitness The atmosphere in a Zumba class is typically energetic and fun, focusing on enjoying the music and the movements rather than perfecting each step Participants of all fitness levels can join, as the moves can often be modified to suit different abilities. The class usually lasts about an hour and is led by a certified Zumba instructor who guides the participants through various dance styles such as salsa, reggaetón, merengue, and cumbia, ensuring a full-body workout that feels more like a dance party than a fitness session.
