SIMPLY COOKING
This introductory course for individuals with disabilities (ages 16+) and it covers basic kitchen safety, basic menu planning, and preparing simple dishes. Menus will include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts Class includes lecture, observation, and hands on preparation Participants will receive instructional materials to take home.
