HEALTHY EXERCISE VIRTUAL

An exercise class geared towards active adults that focuses on whole body exercise in a safe, fun, and challenging matter This class is modified to each participant's level We will use many evidenced based exercises that consist of cardio endurance for a healthy heart, muscular strength and endurance for strong bones and muscles, stretches / flexibility for healthy joints, and balance for fall prevention. Virtual Fitness is a fun way to exercise and communicate with friends! Willow Glen Virtual Fitness is for all who want to engage the five components of physical fitness Willow Glen endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, body composition, bone density, mental sharpness and increase body awareness When participating in class have a chair, two weights, stretch band, and two or more bottles of water Once you register you will receive Zoom ID and password via email

CARDIO DRUMMING

This cardio drumming class is designed specifically for beginners and has been modified to suit older adults Participants will drum on a yoga ball, creating a fun and engaging workout

The activity is done while standing, allowing for a low-impact exercise that enhances coordination and rhythm Drumming to music adds an energetic and enjoyable element to the class. It's a great way to stay active and have fun at the same time

PRESIDENT’S BREAK CAMP

At Camp San Jose, campers participate in an unforgettable day camp experience combining camp traditions with enrichment and educational activities. Campers play fun games, sports, create cool arts and crafts projects, and embark on weekly field trips

In this safe and supportive environment, campers participate in active and engaged learning projects, skill building, youth voice and leadership, and learn healthy choices and behaviors.

Price includes a low leader to camper ratio of 1:10, field trips*, a Camp San Jose shirt, and much more!

*Families opting not to participate in field trips are responsible for finding alternative care for their child(ren) not attending the trip The City will not provide a prorated refund for those that elect not to participate, nor will onsite care be available. Campers need to bring water, lunch and sunscreen each day.
