Do things that make you feel empowered: Visualise positive outcomes as much as possible and make them more real by creating a vision board, journaling, or simply writing down your determinants and taking small daily steps to achieve them.

comes from doing things you're good at and things you enjoy. So improve your skills, take up a hobby, and hang out with people who make you feel good about yourself. To the haters; Out of sight, out of mind!
Get physical: do some form of exercise every day. Regular exercise makes us feel stronger, healthier, and happier. It doesn't have to be a 10 km run; you can simply dance or walk! Help others; rather than focusing on yourself, try to help another person daily. You will feel much better about yourself when you reach out to others.
