BRIDAL CONSULTANT / Bridals by Lori
January 2015 to November 2015 While working at Bridals by Lori I learned a great deal about the fashion industry and how it works. My main responsibilities were bridal appointments and fittings. I would work directly with the bride helping her find her dream dress. It was a fast pace environment which taught me to think on my toes and get the job done quickly and successfully while making everyone happy in the process. A bride is a special type of client meaning you must work to your best ability to make her and her family happy. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / Radford & Radford

organized

and
information
because it has worked to my advantage in college and other work environments.
Current Trends & Forecasting
C
urrent trends and forecasting focused on fashion and design trends in the international market. Through group discussion and analyzing current styles, designs, and materials I produced reports on my own observations of the trends and how these relate to personal design developments. I also featured interior deign and event planning trends throughout the book.

Inspiration Boards
T
hroughout my years at Savannah College of Art and Design I was taught the importance of personal aesthetic and inspiration. From day one, I learned how to layout a project by first designing an inspiration board. This gave me an idea of what I wanted out of the project or or design. I have created inspiration boards in almost every class and consider them an important resource and give an advantage to me when designing.. In the industry I plan to always create inspiration boards for projects whether it be a marketing campaign, themed event, or company design.
